I Wanna Be Yours (Camren)

Sorry this update took so long.

It was Christmas and Camila was beyond excited. Christmas was her favorite time of year. The presents, the family, the hot chocolate, the decorations, all of it. This year was especially great for her, considering all the new friends she had made. It was the first time in her life she had more than one friend to spend the holidays with. They got to do fun things together like one day when all of them, including Ally, Lauren, Normani, and Troy had gone ice skating and had a blast, even though they ended up getting kicked out for 'disrupting others', which was mostly due to Calum and Michael acting like morons.

Things were also going well with Rebecca, even if thoughts of Lauren always lurked at the back of her mind when they were together. Her only complaint was that Lauren had been acting somewhat strange around her. She was a lot more cautious and less touchy, like she was distancing herself, which confused Camila. She didn't confront her about it though, because she felt awkward and didn't want to sound clingy.

Dinah and Calum had also started dating, which everyone was happy about. It was about time one of them stopped being a wuss and confessed their feelings. Calum was a good guy and had treated Dinah like a princess even before they were dating, so Camila approved.

Camila was still pretty bummed they wouldn't be able to go to New York, especially because a lot of her friends were out of town from Christmas day until New Years. Most of them, except for Ashton and Michael, would be back for New Years and they were planning to go to a party together, so she was looking forward to that.

She glanced at her clock, seeing that it was 7:56. Four minutes. Her parents had a rule that her, Ally and Sofi weren't allowed to wake them up on CHristmas until eight o'clock. SHe lay in bed, twiddling her thumbs and getting herself all worked up for the day.

She was going to spend the morning with her family, then Dinah's family was coming over for Lunch along with Lauren. Then she was going to a Christmas party with Rebecca and her friends. It was going to be a good day.

As soon as the numbers on her clock changed to 8:00 Camila sprung out of bed and sprinted downstairs, nearly plowing into Ally on the way. Sofi was in charge of waking up the parents because she was adorable and they were less likely to be pissy with her.

"Merry Christmas, Ally!" Camila screamed and tackled the shorter girl in a hug.

"Merry Christmas, Mila!" Ally shouted back, hugging her just as hard.

"It's Christmaaaaaaas," Sofi screamed excitedly as she charged down the stairs, Alejandro and Sinu following behind her tiredly. They looked like zombies, stumbling and groaning. Sofi sprinted over to Camila and jumped into her arms, wrapping her legs around her waist, a technique called the koala hug that she had learned from Camila.

"Where the presents at though?" Ally yelled at Alejandro and Sinu who yawned.

"Under the tree," Sinu mumbled tiredly.

"Woohoo!" the three girls screamed in unison and sprinted into the living room where the tree was.

Three hours later the five of them were all seated in the den, eating their fourth batch of christmas tree shaped pancakes and watching Christmas movies. Sofi was on the floor playing with some of her new toys while Camila and Ally were cuddling on the couch.

"Talking to your girlfriend?" Ally whispered teasingly to Camila who was grinning at her phone. She assumed from the bright smile taking over her face that it was Rebecca.

"Lauren, actually," Camila corrected and Ally's eyebrows raised.

"Oh yeah? What are y'all talking about?" Ally asked suspiciously.
