Another week passed after Camila and Rebecca's date and winter break drew closer, making the group of teens beyond excited. The week had been filled with studying for finals, which Lauren helped Camila with, surprising her and Ally when she told them she had graduated from Carrollton with a 4.3 GPA. Lauren helped her study everyday, although most days it didn't last for more than an hour before they found themselves talking and laughing about something completely off topic.

Due to all the studying, Camila had barely been able to spend any time with Rebecca outside of school. They had hung out once at Rebecca's house where they came close to kissing again, but were interrupted when Luke came barging in, demanding a rematch in FIFA. Camila had been disappointed but also relieved, because she still had no idea what she was doing and didn't want to mess anything up.

Lauren had been spending so much time at the Cabello household that she even had her own toothbrush there for nights when she was too tired to drive home and decided to crash in Ally's room. Ally and Camila were concerned about why she wasn't spending time with her family but when they asked her about it she went into shut-out mode and refused to stay on the subject. They decided to leave it alone until later and instead enjoyed having her around the house, seeing as Lauren was amazing and always a constant source of entertainment.

"You have to multiply across and then divide by X," Lauren explained as Camila glared down at her math notebook with furrowed eyebrows and her pencil between her teeth.

"This is stupid, I'm never going to need this in the future," Camila whined, her frustration becoming too much. "Can we just eat chicken nuggets and watch Teen Wolf please?"

"Tempting, but no. Come on, Camz, you got this," Lauren urged, pointing Camila's attention back down to the book. Camila let out a puff of air, making a few strands of hair blow up, and slumped her shoulders. She pouted like a child who just got denied candy and Lauren found it utterly adorable.

To be completely honest, Lauren found most of what Camila did adorable. The way her nose would scrunch up when she was confused, how she would fumble over her words slightly when she's nervous, how her tongue would poke out between her lips when she was concentrating, or simply the fact that she would refuse to eat chicken nuggets unless they were cut like dinosaurs. (A/N: literally same Mila. I refuse any other shape don't even bother giving me that boring ass star-shaped shit)

Lauren realized she had been staring at Camila for quite a long time and her cheeks turned pink. She was grateful that Camila hadn't noticed because she probably looked like a little school girl staring at her first crush. Not that Lauren had a crush on her or anything, right?

"Wait, I think I got it," Camila spoke, sounding excited as she looked down at her paper. Lauren leaned over to get a better look at the sheet and grinned when she saw the correct answer written down in Camila's chicken scratch she called handwriting.

"Nice!" Lauren cheered and Camila let out a sigh of relief. "Now do two more."

"Dang it," Camila pouted and slumped her shoulders but didn't protest.

After another hour of studying Lauren decided Camila had done enough for the day and let her stop. The made their way downstairs where Ally and Sofi were cuddling and watching Frozen with a large bowl of popcorn beside them.

Camila's mouth watered, "Ally why the hell didn't you tell me you made popcorn?" she demanded and sprinted over to get herself some. Sofi turned around and glared at Camila, putting her finger to her lips.
