Hi lovelies,
as you're all aware, I'm currently on hiatus deep editing LMD, and it had me wondering if you guys would prefer to read the deep-edited version a chapter at a time (meaning I'd just release the re-edited chapters as I go through them for ya'll to read at your leisure), or would you prefer to read it all at once when I'm finished deep editing? Also note, these deep-edited chapters aren't technically the "final" edits. This deep edit is the first step towards me getting the book eventually published, because the deep edit will get me to the finish line--to completing the story. Following the deep edit releases & completion of the book on here, I'll begin the publishing process. (AKA, more editing, formatting, will be needing ARC readers, all that kind of shit!)
Hopefully that makes sense. I'll have to pull the finished novel at some point and put it behind a paywall once I begin the publishing process, FYI, but that timeline is a long way out still, so don't stress if you're hoping to read this story to completion for free. I promise you'll be able to.

Please share your thoughts below, it's important I hear from as many of my readers as possible on this. Please be aware there will be no consistent "schedule" for these edited chapters, as my life unfortunately is very sporadic and as a stay-at-home dad, sometimes my schedule doesn't allow for me to get writing in as consistently as I hope. But I would post the edited chapters if that interested enough folks. My one concern is that I may begin to feel stressed knowing people are waiting on me for edited chapters, but please understand I am doing my best to really get the plot laid out as best I can in these new chapters, to cover plot points in a timelier manner while also getting through the story more effectively. The new edits will hold onto the same characters and situations you loved, just executed a bit differently in some cases.
Anyhoo, please let me know in the comments! As always, I love and appreciate you guys like crazy. Your ongoing support for me throughout this hiatus is so important to me, and it keeps me going.
