I sat in on the bed in a hosptal room when the doctor came in.
"I have great news." The doctor said. I looked up at the doctor.
"What is it?" My heart stopped when I heard the words
"Your going to be a mother"
A mother?! No I can't be. Im not ready.
"Excuse me, a mother?" I couldnt believe it. This is not what I wanted.
"Yes, is that bad news? " I shook my head as he escorted me out. I wasn't going to keep the....thing... living inside me.
Dan POV
Could this be the end? She stopped breathing. Tears streaked down my face. This us all my fault... I put my head in hands when someone walked in.
"Mr.Middleton?" A voice said. I looked up it was a doctor.
"Yes?" I replied hoping for good news.
"Skye should be fine. The fact she had fractured ribs is what caused her to stop breathing but we took her into the ER and they got it sorted out. They also got her stitches done. We want to keep her here for 4 more days then she can go home with you." I felt so relieved. She's okay.
I nodded to the doctor, "Can I see her?" The doctor nodded. I got up from my chair and walked into the hospital room.
"Who are you?" A woman asked. I looked at her. She looked oddly familiar.
"I'm Dan,who are you?" Her eyes widened.
"Im Jessica, Skye's biological Mother."
