Once a brilliant young gunman revered for his daring feats, Isaac carved out a name as a skilled bounty hunter by the time he was just a boy. With a sniper's eye and combat talents that bordered on ruthless genius, he earned a reputation as the best...
Isaac and Dinah glanced at the teleporter just in time to see Wonder Woman emerge in a shimmer of light, a striking young girl with a mop of blonde hair standing eagerly at her side. The two newcomers looked around the base with a sense of anticipation and purpose. Isaac's eyes flicked back to the teleporter, widening in surprise and intrigue as Batman strolled into view.
The usually stoic figure engaged in what almost seemed like a conversation with Wonder Woman, his profile relaxed, an uncommon sight that prickled Isaac's curiosity. Dinah raised an eyebrow, noting Batman's presence, her expression a blend of amusement and interest. The unlikelihood of Batman traveling with a company did not go unnoticed by either of them.
The young blonde girl's excitement was palpable; she seemed ready to burst with whatever news she carried, and Wonder Woman, though poised as ever, looked quietly pleased with herself. As they approached, Dinah and Isaac shared a quick, bemused glance, bracing for a revelation they did not expect.
Wonder Woman's voice, calm and assuring, reached them first. "Dinah, Isaac," she said, gesturing to the girl beside her. "I'd like you to meet Cassie Sandsmark, callsign—Wondergirl."

Cassie's face lit up with a mixture of pride and youthful defiance. "Finally! I thought you'd never introduce me." Her voice was bright, her enthusiasm a stark contrast to the weight that lingered in the room before their arrival.
Isaac chuckled, the sound easing him out of a tension he hadn't realized he was holding. "Welcome to the madhouse," he said, his grin broad and genuine. Dinah smirked beside him, a glimmer of affection in her eyes as she took in the newcomers.
Cassie threw a quick look at Wonder Woman, seeking and receiving a nod of encouragement. "Batman and Wonder Woman told me all about you guys on the way here. I can't wait to—"
"Cassie," Batman interjected smoothly, his voice carrying an unexpected warmth. She paused, biting back further words but bouncing slightly on the balls of her feet, her energy barely contained. Bruce turned to Dinah with a measured pivot, his expression transitioning from the easy demeanor he'd shown moments ago to one of familiar and focused seriousness. "Dianna will be working as the secondary instructor for a few weeks," he began, each word carrying the weight of strategic planning. "I need you and Green Arrow in Starling City on official league business."
"Official league business?"
"The league has received reports of a potential international trafficking business being operated out of the city. I'm sending you and Oliver to get information and, if possible, put an end to things before it gets out of control."
Dinah narrowed her eyes, fixing them sharply on Bruce with an intensity that could rival his own. Oliver Queen, Green Arrow, the man whose interest in her was a matter of common knowledge, was now to be her sole partner on this mission.
