Back to the Witch World

I decided to make my mark in the Witch World. I opened up the huge castle that I ruled. Inside a young man was sitting on the throne, admiring himself.

"What do you want?" He asked in disgust. He looked away from the mirror and straight at me, water floating around him. He was a water wizard. I froze the water and crashed it to the ground.

"I'm here to take my place on my throne!" I yelled, Black energy forming around in my hair and my hands. He looked terrified.

"The Enchantress." He breathed out. I nodded slowly and smiled wickedly. He backed on my throne. I walked up and hoisted him up with my magic by his throat. Guards started to run out.

"Stay back unless you want to defy your Queen." I yelled. They all looked around, confused. I tightened the grip on the young man's throat, almost killing him. He gripped on the black magic surrounding his throat. The guards dropped their weapons and went on one knee, to show their respect. I lit the young wizard on fire and in minutes, he turned into ashes. Nobody show mess with me.

"Enchantress. We thought you dead." My top guard said, terrified for is life. "It takes more than an assassin to kill me." I replied, smiling evilly with a look of immoral in my eyes, when I checked in the young mans mirror.

I sat down on the throne and the whole kingdom turned into the beautiful purple it once was. "My Queen, why were you gone so long?" My royal adviser asked.

"I was gone to escape my past but it caught up to me and I decided to give it another shot." I answered not mad about he sudden question. He bowed and left me. I then got up and started travelling my castle. First I searched my library, which was untouched for about 10 to 11 years. I closed the door and looked in the treasury.

It was full, and untouched as well. I then went to my old bedroom. The black, silk sheets lay as they haven't been used. The drapes still hang over it. I touched my wooden cabinet and it was cold and furnished with no bumps. The last place I visited was my least favorite. The prison, below the castle.

I walked inside and all the prisons were full. I asked the guard " Why are they all full?" He looked at me and sighed in disappointment. "The former ruler made so many new rules like no trespassing on certain grounds. More than half the people in here didn't do anything."

"Thanks."

I walked around to a woman with a child in the first cell. She looked at me in horror. I crouched down and asked "Why are you and these kids here?"

"I stole some food for me and my kids, we were starving and about to die."

I felt so bad. I used my magic to open the cage. "Guards." I called the woman looked horrified.

"Take this woman and her children to a room in the castle. Get them new clothes and tonight, escort them to the dinner table. I am going to have a feast for them." I said to him. He nodded and escorted the woman to a room. She smiled and she took her child's hand.

I headed upstairs to my room. I layed on my bed, just staring off into space for a few minutes before, I summoned another guard. "Yes, your majesty." He said as he gave me a bow.

"Will you invite Klarion Bleak, not his partner for supper?" I asked politely. He nodded and smiled. I smiled back. Then a servant came in and said "Enchantress, supper is ready."

"Can you hold off for a few moments, I'm just waiting for a certain friend."

"Why of course."

Then he left. I made my way to the dining hall, after about ten minutes. I saw the Woman and child, and Klarion, who started smiling when he saw you. I smiled back and sat down, right beside the woman and Klarion. During the delicious meal, I ate like a proper woman and talked with both of them. I told the woman she was free and she would get money for food when she left.

You see I may be wicked nut I do care about my innocent subjects. I will be a good ruler to them. They will be treated as equals among everyone.

After the splendid meal, the woman and child were brought to a new home. Klarion stayed behind for a while and thanked me for inviting him, which for a spoiled Bratt who got everything, was kinda surprising. I thanked the cook and servants and headed to the library. I lit a huge fire in the fire place and sat down, cross legged on pillow in front of it. I pulled out a large book with the words Arcnox. It was my favourite books with incantations, remidies, rituals, legends and most importantly, Things about people in every world. It updates itself about everyone and every thing.

I opened the book to a page Merlin, the Magician. I sat there for hours reading and learning new things. It was amazing, my knowledge expanded more than ever. I was all knowing. Seeing the future also helps. That power is for only emergencies because of I change history, it could cause the world to explode.

There was a knock at the library door, interrupting my thoughts. It was my handmaiden.

"Yes?" I asked sternly but gently. She gulped and took a step inside.

"Your highness. It is getting very late. I just want you to be well rested." She said nervously. I nodded and got up, taking the book with me. I went up to my room and layed on my silk, sheets bed. I slowly closed my eyes and fell into a deep sleep.
