Chapter 10

"OPEN THE GOD DAMN DOOR RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!!" I was scared out of my mind. Liam was pounding my door yelling at me for not opening. He yelled at me freely because Jocelyn was at work and Austin had gone out to buy groceries we needed. Tyler was here (you know the butler, Austin's twin) ,but Tyler was a piece of shit! I swear if Liam tried to kill me he'd just stand there and watch without trying to help me. He was a jerk. I think he was just mad because his brother is so much better than him and nobody really likes him. He's a lot nicer when Jocelyn's here but that's because he's likes to kiss ass. I zoned off thinking about where Austin was and Liam's screams brought me back to reality and right away I was terrified again. "YOU BITCH! JUST WAIT UNTIL I GET IN THERE! YOU'RE FUCKING DEAD! DEAD I TELL YA!! TYLER!!! GET YOUR ASS UP HERE!"

Shit shit shit shit!!! Tyler had the extra set of keys! I hid under my covers like when I was a little girl and scared of monsters because Liam was a monster. He was almost as scary as the man who killed my father. I heard the door knob turned and I froze. I didn't get up and try to run, I didn't move, and I didn't protect myself. I just lay there frozen. "YOU'RE GOING TO PAY THE PRICE!" That brought back so many memories. My mind drifted to the day when I heard all these different voices in my house. I saw myself running to get Cassie and going down to the stairs. I tried to cover Cassie's eyes ,but it was no use. Then daddy got shot and this time everything was silent and I screamed. Then I started wheezing, gasping for air. I was in daddy's view now. He saw Cassie and me! He saw us even if it was out of terror. Then a tear rolled down my face and I mouthed the words run to Cassie and myself. "SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU WHORE!!" He yelled as he started to rip my shirt. "YOU'RE MINE! NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY TO GET AWAY, YOU'LL ALWAYS BE MINE!"

All of a sudden my body unfroze and I tried to push Liam off. I struggled but I never gave up. He saw that I was going to continue so he shook me. His fingers dug into my shoulders and he just kept shaking. When he was shaking his arm got awfully close to my face and I decided to go for it and bite him. He screamed and slapped my face. I could already feel it swelling. Then I felt him grab my neck. He had a very good grip and all I could do was grasp for air just like my father had on his last day. Good bye world. I thought to myself. At least I'd be with daddy. After a second or two I remembered I had to stay alive for Cassie so I mustered all the strength I could get and screamed at the top of my lungs for a mere four seconds. I hoped that Austin got home and he heard the scream. Liam had one hand wrapped around my neck and with the other he ripped my shirt off. My fingers scratched at his hands trying to get them off of my neck. Everything was starting to go black. I couldn't breathe anymore. I was struggling to hold on. All Liam did was keep hitting me in the face. He saw I was weak so he let go of my neck to try and take my pants off. I took a big gasp of air and screamed again. I kicked Liam in the face and his nose started bleeding but that only stopped him for a second as he started at me in disbelief. Then he screamed and went for my face again. I was so tiered! I could keep going for long. Just when I was about to give up Austin came running into the room.

He pulled Liam off of me and tackled him to the floor. Austin was furious. From the corner of my eyes I could see them fighting. "You're fired!" Was the last thing I heard and then everything went black.
