The Games Begins! Cell vs Mr. Satan

3rd POV:
After 9 whole days of training and Goku finding all the dragon balls, today's the day of the. Cell Games. The citizens are cheering as they see Mr. Satan about to face Cell by himself on the news.

Cell stands at the center of the fighting arena, smirking that the day has finally come. "At last, the day is here! I await your arrival, Son Goku!" He said.

At a cliff in the distance, a cameraman and news reporter laid low as the camera rolled to everyone hiding and watching the news. The reporter narrates that there's 20 minutes until the games begin, showing Cell before a black car arrives at the area.

Then, the report excitedly announced that Mr. Satan has arrived as he declares Cell with just pointing at Cell and throwing a thumbs down.

Meanwhile, Cell just stares in confusion to see a human about to fight him instead of Goku and the Z fighters. Mr. Satan steps forward to the ring and asked the reporter and cameraman to be close to the fighting arena.

Cell doesn't even move or look at Mr. Satan, even if he taunts Cell with his silly antics. When they turned their heads to see someone shining heading towards them before landing at the ring.

That figure is Vegeta who arrived before the rest as the reporter tries to interview him. Vegeta tells him to run off as Android 16 lands on the other side of ring, causing Vegeta to scoff of wasting time fixing the android.

Then, more bright lights heading towards the area to reveal the rest of the Z fighters. They talked about who will go first when Mr. Satan shouts at them for stealing his spotlight and the reporter backing him up, causing [Y/N] and Raditz want to pull their ears out.
