Then, they see Shin calmly walking back in the waiting room, walking past the Z fighters. They just stare at him walking away until Shin reaches Piccolo.

Shin tells Piccolo that he's not the Grand Kai before Kibito walks behind him. "I'll tell you who he is. The Supreme Kai."
