The human glared at me. He looks about my age. Shivering from the winds I glowered at him. Still screaming.
I wasn't cold just not use to air. "You wanna be duck tapped?" He asked. His voice flat.
I blinked what the hell is duck tap?
Doesn't matter I want nothing from him.
I sneered at him.
He threw the towel over my body. Not realizing I was naked in front of him I sat up straighter making a sound in the back of my throat in alarm.
Sure modesty shouldn't be more then my fear of dying but he is a dumb human and I am a mermaid. I will escape... Clutching the towel to my body I look at the Sea. "Jump... and your'll drown sea girl"
I laughed hardly. "Mermaids don't drown"
He arched an eyebrow. "We'll they do with the injection I put in you" he shook his head. "Why do you think I haven't tied you up?"
"Because humans are stupid"
Ahh what the hell I'm gonna die anyway...
Might as well speak my mind.
He snickered. "Says the mermaid captured by one" he gave me a look. "And I don't appreciate you insulting my intelligence"
My mouth dropped. "I don't give a bottom feeds droppings what you think!"
The human gave me a annoyed look.
"I won't listen to this the ride back" he declared. He went in a box and grabbed out a circle of gray. He pulled it apart a strip of it and teared it then put in on my lips. I tried to dodge it but he grabbed me with his other hand and made me stay out. It was sticky and I couldn't open my mouth. He leaned back and looked up at the sky. "Thank the heavens for her silence," He turns and starts steering the boat. "Saving your life is gonna be hard huh seagirl?"
Seeing dark spots while his back is turned I lunge for the water. Diving in the sea the icy cold feel of the water makes me blink and I continued to swim. I'm coming Finn. As I swam lower and lower a building pressure formed in my chest and I struggled to take in water. I can't breath... I. My bones became hard to move. I tried to connect with my powers but I couldn't. And I can't change back. I clawed at the water. I need air. An arm wrapped around my waist as I saw the light from the surface sun get closer. My eyes grew heavy and I felt as if I faded away.
