*Ending part 1/3*
We drove in silence, I had no idea where to go so I kept driving round town and eventually stopped to get some food, yes at 2:07 am.
Turning the engine off, I sighed as I ran a hand through my hand.
'I'm sorry for waking you up.' Her voice cracked the silence. My eyes jolted to look at her, she had her head facing the window.
Why won't she look at me.
'Don't worry about it, I was not even asleep anyways.' I said back.
She nodded her head. 'Kylie look at me.' I whispered as I leaned over.
My fingers lightly touched the bottom of her chin, as I slowly turned her to face me. The bruise on her forehead stood out, along with the bleeding lip.
'What the-' she pulled away and just shook her head.
'Can I spend the night at yours? Just for tonight then -' she quickly said.
'Kylie, you can spend the night as long as you want but what happened?!' My insides began to boil and I found myself clutching roughly in my lap.
Who could have ever want to hurt someone like her? Let alone even think to lay a hand on her.
The corner of her eyes began to fill with water. I have been in this situation a lot and my mom says, sometimes a hug says and helps a lot more than words.
So I did as I remembered and leaned over wrapping my arms around her and holding her close. She didn't give in at first she stood still but she eventually loosened and hugged back.
She smelled so good, besides the blood of course. Okay that sounded really weird I'm gonna go ahead and stop talking or thinking...
I feel myself falling for her slowly. I can feel it, and it's something I can't stop.
I like her.
