The bell rang and it was finally lunch I was so happy to be actually sitting with someone for lunch. Someone that actually liked me for who I am. I smiled to myself as I got up from my desk and walk out of class.
Next thing you know someone out there leg out In front of me and I trip over his leg and face plant on the dirty floor. My nose starts bleeding and all I hear is laughter. "Oops sorry Emma guess I wasn't paying much attention to you." The tall blonde guy says as everyone laughs along with him.
I hold my nose looking down at my shirt that is now covered in blood. Adam is walking this way and he sees me and his eyes go wide he runs over to me. "Emma!!!!? What happened are you ok?" He says he Starts to notice everyone laughing. "Did?..did someone trip you?" He says looking at me with an angry face I nod and look at the tall guy still standing there.
"Hey you! Did you just fucking trip her?" Adam says getting up and getting close to the guys face. "I didn't man idk she just tripped over my foot" he says smirking at him. "What the fuck man don't you fucking touch her again!" Adam says pushing the guys chest hard. The guy stumbles back into the wall before charging at Adam. "Adam no! No stop please!!" I say and I get up and rush over to them. "Emma stay back!" I hear Adam tell as he keeps punching him.
Adam punches him in the stomach hard and he bends over. They both start fighting each other seconds later more guys starting running and trying to break it up. The other guys finally break it up and Adam is so mad I can just see it in his face he's breathing really hard and tries to get at him again while the other guys hold him back. "Let's go Emma." He grabs my books and my bag off the floor and grabs my hand walking the other way from the crowd into the nurses office.
"Are you ok? Oh god Emma your nose is bleeding a lot it has a lot of bruises. I'm gonna fuck that guy I swear." Adam says clenching his jaw I take his hand in mine again trying to calm him down. "I'm okay Adam.. Just calm down ok? I'm fine it doesn't even hurt that much." I say he nods and takes a deep Breath.
The nurse comes in and start looking at my nose. "Oh honey, I think you broke you nose...like really really broke your nose. We are gonna have to take you to the hospital I'll go give Norma a call." They say and I look towards Adam with tears in my eyes. "Oh baby...I'm sorry it's gonna be ok Emma don't cry." He says and pulls me into a tight hug and rubs my back. I continue to cry in his Arms. Well this is gonna be a long day.
