The Other World

Mia's POV.
The next day I woke up in the same spot I fell asleep with Connor right beside me.

"Morning!" I scream into his ear, which causes him to scream and fall off the bed.

"Really? A simple 'good morning Connor how did you sleep?' Would have been enough?" He say getting and sitting on the bed. "No. That would have been to simple. And plus you would have fell and screamed like a little girl." I say falling back laughing.

"Ha ha very funny you just got me by surprise."

"Sure" I say getting up to get ready for the day. I take my shower. And brush my teeth and wash my face and do my hair into waves. I go out to my closet and pick out some light wash high waisted jeans and a black crop top and black combat boots.

I walk out the closet to see Connor dressed in a black shirt and light wash jeans and boots.

"How do you?-" I got cut off. "Let her breakfast!" I smile and walk over to him and thump him up in the head.

"Ow! What was that for?" He says rubbing his head. "don't ever interrupt me. Okay? Okay. Let's go get Food!" I say turning on the heels of my feet and walks away.

He follows me down and pulls out my chair. Then Spencer and Chris comes down to join us and followed by them are all of our parents. Oh and did I forget to mention how Spencer had on my outfit but dark wash jeans instead and Chris has on basically the same outfit and Connor. And all of out parents have on white.

"What is going on? Why is everyone in a color?" I ask my mom. "Well today is Spiel." My sister look at her as if she went crazy. "What does that even mean?" She asks. I tap he shoulder, "it means Match." My mom nods. "Yes, very good. Today is Spiel, mean Match. It's the day were everyone in the kingdom dressing in a color group. And since we are royalty we dress in white black and gray. Along with all the kingdoms in different universes." She informs with a smile.

That explains it.

Then she quickly adds. "Also, today is when you all break out your royal 'bling'! That is what you kids say these days right?" Me and the others look at each other and start laughing our heads off.

"Yeah... Sure..... Whatever you say mom..." I say trying to catch my breath.

I haven't noticed my dad left tell he came back. He had 2 boxes. He sat on in front of my and Spencer and on in front of Connor and Chris. And he tells us to open it.

Inside was a gold and a silver tiara. The gold one was mine and the sliver is Spencer's. We put them on and so does the boys. But of course theirs are crowns. Connor's was gold also. And Chris's was sliver.

"Today you all will wear those in the town. We would make you wear formal attire but this isn't mid evil times." My father informs adding, "you all need to get down to the cars. The town in waiting." And with that we leave.

Once we arrive to town. Everyone is greeting us. It was cool to be noticed. Once that was down a girl in a red shirt got my attention. It looks like...

Nina?

I grab Connor arm and pulls him along with me.

"Nina?" I ask tapping her shoulder. She turns around and her eyes lit up. After they flashed red for a split second.
I'm imagining things.

"Mia! I am so sorry for leaving you, my aunt is in the hospital." I smile at her "it's fine, just give me a warning before you go next time."I say patting her shoulder

"So, how have you been lately? Besides your aunt?" I ask, it might lead up to why her eyes were red a second ago.

"Oh well nothing much. I have just been roaming around the hospital. Helping nurses. And such." She says with a smile. She is not acting like herself.

"Okay. Are you sure your okay? You seen a little out of it..." I say looking at my boots. "Yeah I'm pleasant. Thank you."

"Okay I'll see you later then enjoy spiel" I say waving bye and walking back to the royal group. "Hey Spencer, Nina is soo not acting like herself I dot know what's up with her but it's not cool." She nods in reply. The goes back to Chris. That was so nice of her. Sarcasm.

Conner is busy with his dad and my day so I go sit under a tree and pull out my magic search book. No I'm not kidding it's actually called that. I start reading things about eye colors and how they can mean they are influenced by certain things.

And just as I'm getting into the fact, the last person I would have thought to bother me, bothered me.

"Adian what do you want? And why are you here? And most importantly, why are you dressed in black?" I ask annoyed.  "It's spiel. Everyone is supposed to attend." He saying sitting down beside me.

"Okay that does explain why you have on black."i look him up and down crossing my arms. "I have on black for the same reason you do." Crap!

"Your in a royal family? How? Which one?" I ask having a mini fit. "Let's just say, the more darker side of the universe. And you and your sister belong there. And you belong with me." He says looking into my eyes and I stare back. It's weird. It does feel like we're somewhat connected.

"Adian... Who are you?" I say with a questionable look. "You will find out soon. Maybe get to know me and you will know. And you can start doing that when school starts. Because if I can help it, me and you will somehow be together." He said standing up and offering me a hand.

"In your dream" I say standing up rolling my eyes. "You are in my dreams. And we are together." He say smirking. "Like I said. In your dreams. See you in school I guess. " I say walking away.

Is it bad that I feel like I sorta miss him? Because I think I do. But I hope I don't. Ugh! My life is full of task!
