I open my eyes and noticed the kitchen ceiling first. "Jade! Are you okay!?" Hunter and Seth asked.

I looked at them, they were leaning over me. "Yeah what happened?" I asked.

"You were reading the paper and you just passed out" Hunter said.

"Oh... Where is the paper?" I asked.

"Right here in your hand. Are you sure you're okay?" Seth asked.

"Yeah I'm fine" I said and sat up.

"Oh my head hurts though" I held my head.

"You fell pretty hard, I'm surprised your head didn't start bleeding" Hunter said.

"Guess I'm hard headed" I said.

"I second that" Seth said under his breath. I wanted to hit him but I didn't have the energy.

I looked at the papers again and shook my head. "How long was I out?" I asked.

"Just a few seconds" Hunter said.

"Oh... Will you help me up please?" I asked

They helped me stand up and I put the papers on the counter.

"So what do the papers say?" Hunter asked.

I looked him dead in the eye and said "That I, Jade Elisabeth Greene, am the owner of my mothers Bakery..."

"No way!" Hunter said his eyes wide.

"What? Did i miss something?" Seth asked confused.

"Wait your mom left you her bakery?" Hunter asked.

"I don't know but my dad has some explaining to do. I really wanna know why he didn't tell me" I said.

"I'm sure its for good reasons" Seth said.

"Yeah yeah" I rolled my eyes.

"Are you still gonna make food or?" Hunter asked. I looked at him then laughed

"Sure I'll still make food even though I just passed out and might have a concussion." I said.

"Okay thanks J" He said and went to the living room. I laughed after him, rolling my eyes.

"You know you really shouldn't roll your eyes when other people are around" Seth whispered into my ear startling me.

"Maybe I should, then I would just be torturing you; and that's much more pleasing if you know what I mean" I said and then walked passed him and looked at the recipes.

Dinner. Dinner. Looking for a dinner here.

I tried focusing on the food ideas but Seth kept poking at me. I dropped the cards and turned to him. He ended up being a lot closer than I thought he was.

He pressed his body to mine and leaned into my ear. "I can't handle you. you're just so.."

He trailed off and his hands went around to my back and down to my butt, I bet you can guess what he did.

"First off, Hunter is literally in the next room so you need to watch what you're doing. Second, learn to control yourself." I said and took his hands off me and went back to what I was doing.

"Fine, fine." He said and went to the living room.

I ended up making lasagna from the recipe my mom had. I was excited, I managed to get it right. Or at least I think so, it's not like I ever tried her cooking.

When I was pulling it out the oven my dad and Kelly came home. "DINNERS DONE!" I yelled.

"Just in time" My dad said coming into the kitchen.
