Always...

My New House

A/N: Harry Potter belongs to J.K. Rowling (not me, but I wish...) and it is absolutely awesome. If I do not get all the facts correct it is meant to be that way.

"Oh." Madame Pomfrey looked slightly sad. "And your first name?"

"Genevieve." (A/N: said jen-e-veeve)

"You may go now Genevieve. I will come with you to the great hall to show you the way."

I entered the great hall with Madame Pomfrey just behind a the other first years.

"Join the line now dearie." Madame Pomfrey gestured to the line.

Before I knew it I was walking up to the stool to be sorted the hat was put on my head.

"Now look who we have here, another Rosier. But no you are not like them, more of a hmmm. Yes I know where to put you........GRYFFINDOR!"

None of the Slytherins clapped but they just sat there and looked shocked. I got up from the stool and walked over to the Gryffindor table they were all clapping wildly and a smile spread on my face. The boys from the train waved for me to come over and I did. The one who I landed on, patted the space next to him and I sat down.

Dumbledore told us all to tuck in as food appeared on the plates.

"Why aren't you wearing school robes, like every one else?"The boy asked.

"I-I um don't actually have any."I stuttered.

"Hey you are the girl from the train who hit her head aren't you. You could borrow a pair of my robes if you like until you get your own."A girl with ginger hair and emerald green eyes said.

"Are you sure?" She nodded. "Then thank you that would be lovely, but the thing is I d-don't have any money to buy robes with. I am Genevieve Rosier by the way but you can call me Genny. What is your name?"

"My name is Lily Evans."

"Thank you soo much Lily!!!" I exclaimed and gave her a big hug.

There was laughter coming from behing me and I turned around to find the boy with the beautiful green eyes watching me and Lily. I smiled at him.

"What is your name?"

"My name is Remus, Remus Lupin."

"I'm..."I start to say but get interrupted.

"Genevieve."Remus says smiling.

"Remus I am so sorry about what happened on the train I didn't mean it."

"Thats ok I know you didn't, you should have seen the look on your face ."Remus chuckled.
