Mikayla POV

"Mikayla, answer me".

I snapped out of my reverie.

"What?"

"What are you hiding?"

"Nothing", I told him.

"Stop lying".

I sighed and rolled my eyes.

"Fine".

There was worry in his eyes.

"The first time I had sex was when I was 13".

"Okay? ....And?"

"That's it", I told him.

Why wasn't he surprised?

"That's your big secret?"

"Yes. You don't think that's a big deal?"

"I mean..it's a little earlier than most people that I know, but it's not a big deal. So what? Why did you tell me before now?"

"I didn't want you to think less of me because of when I lost it".

"That's not why I think less of you. I think less of you because, once again, you've lied to me.".

"It wasn't a lie, Louis. You never asked me when I lost it or who I lost it too".

"You led me to believe that it was Cam".

"No, I didn't. I can't help what you infer. That's on you. It's my business anyway".

"That's your problem, Mikayla. You don't let people in".

Now, I was pissed off".

"Let people in?! I didn't need to tell you this! It's none of your business. And, as for my 'problem'. My problem is you".

"You still should have told me".

"No, I shouldn't have", I said, "this isn't part of some boyfriend code. If I didn't want you to know, you don't know. I don't have to tell you everything".

"Well, why didn't you?", he asked.

"And, have you look at me differently? I don't think so".

"Well, does Cam know?"

I looked at the ground.

"Yes. Yeah, he does".

I saw Louis flinch, and he quickly turned his head.

"Of course. Of course he does".

Louis rolled his eyes and walked towards the door.

"Don't wait up. I'm not coming back".

He slammed the door behind him. I understand he was upset, but he didn't have a right to be. This happened over 7 years ago, way before I met him. It was NONE of his business. He needed to understand that.

A few seconds later, my phone rang. I was going to ignore it until I saw that it was Ana.

"Hello", I said in a not so cheerful voice.

"What's wrong?"

I didn't care for her ability to always know when I was upset. But, she was my best friend. That was her job.

"Louis and I just had a fight".

"Another one?"

I could practically hear her roll her eyes.

"Yep".

"Are you okay?"

"Yep".
