"Shawn you promise you'll be there when I wake up right?" I said
"Of course I will be there baby girl. You're mom is gonna be I'm there too." He said
"Y/N" the nurse called me back
AFTER SURGERY
I woke up feeling really woozy. I was in a room and a few other people were in there. My mom, the doctor, and a very attractive boy. Damn he's hot.
"Hi Y/N how are you feeling?" The boy asked
"Why is there a unicorn on the ceiling" I said looking up and giggling as the unicorn made its way into the cabinet
"NOO COME BACKKK" I yelled
The boy next to me laughed.
"Mom come here" I whisper yelled and she walked over to me
"Yes sweetie" she asked
"He's really hot" I whisper yelled pointing at the boy
They both giggled making me confused.
"Y/N that's your boyfriend Shawn" she laughed
I widened my eyes and furrowed my eyebrows together.
"When did this happen?" I muffled with the gauze in my mouth.
"About a year ago" Shawn said
"Bu-wha-huh?" I asked
"You two have been dating for a while" my mum said
"Heyyy" I whisper yelled to Shawn moving my finger in a come here motion
He moved closer to me and I still signaled him to come closer.
"Princess I can't come any closer" Shawn giggled
"Bitch I'm not princess I'm queen" I said flipping my hair
Everyone in the room laughed
"Why are you guys laughing at me I'm not trying to be funny" I said tearing up
"Aww don't cry y/n" Shawn said wiping a tear that fell from my eye
"This is just so sad. I'm not trying to be funny, but everyone is laughing at me. Even Gary over there" I pointed to plant in the room
"Y/N do you want me to tell Gary to stop?" He asked
"Yes please" I said crying
Shawn got up and walked over to the plant.
"Gary you need to stop laughing at y/n okay? Okay." He said making me giggle (TFIOS REFERENCE BYE)
"I don't think Gary is gonna laugh at you anymore." He said coming over and hugging me.
"Thank you, and I haveee a question" I said
"What's your question?" He asked
"Have we you know.... Kissed?" I said
"Yes we have" he laughed quickly stopping himself.
"'eww" I said
The nurse came over and changed my gauze and said we can leave. They put me in a wheelchair and rolled me out of the room and to the car. Shawn helped me get in the back and he sat next to me.
"I need some water or ChapStick my lips are fucking dry" I complained.
"The doctor said you can't have any water yet. Shawn can you get the ChapStick out of my purse please and help her put it on." My mom said
"Yeah" Shawn obeyed
He got the ChapStick out and I guess he was putting it on me.
"Wait stop I have no lips." I said tearing up again
"Y/N you have lips" Shawn said
"No I don't! They took out my tongue too!" I said beginning to sob
Shawn unbuckled his seatbelt and moved closer to me. He wrapped his arm around me and pulled me into him comforting me.
"Shh baby its okay. You still have your lips and your tongue there is no reason to cry." He said trying to comfort me
"I can't feel them so I don't have them" I sobbed into his shoulder.
He rubbed my back and I eventually stopped crying. We pulled into the driveway and everyone got out. I was left in the car. I looked out the window and saw a floating cat. My jaw dropped and my eyes widened. (When I see the 9.7...Tessa this isn't smut stahp)
Shawn opened the door to the car and helped me get out.
"Shawn do you not see that cat?" I asked
"What cat?" He said turning around
"The floating one! It's right over there above the rainbow!" I told him pointing to it.
He looked confused for a second then he finally spoke up.
"Oh I see it okay" he said
He lead me into the house and he took me to my room.
"You're mom is going to pick up your pain medicine, so she'll be here in a few. But I have to change out your gauze." He said and I nodded
He pulled out the bloddy gauze and I looked at it in horror. He threw it away and came over with fresh gauze. I opened my mouth and he put it in. (INNUENDO COUNT IDEK) I bit down on it and he went to wash his hands.
I started feeling really tired and I laid down on my bed. Shawn walked back into the room.
"You tired baby girl?" He asked sweetly
I nodded and he laid down next to me.
"Well then go to sleep princess. I'll be here when you wake up" he said kissing my forehead
I snuggled into him and shut my eyes. Soon darkness took over and I fell asleep.
