••••JOES POV••••

I was next to Alfie on the couch again, just like how we were about an hour ago before I saw the picture. He opened his computer and I looked straight ahead at the camera that wasn't recording yet, but that would be soon. I told him I would film an ask Joe and Alfie today.

I looked over at Alfie to see if he was ready to film the video. I got nervous when I saw that he was already looking at me, with a facial expression that was a mixture of nervousness and some that showed that he was quite uncomfortable.

"Joe are you sure you still want to do this? I think it might not be the best idea right now." His voice was shaky and concerned.

"Yeah, we have to don't we? I kind of need to. Maybe it will get my mind off of everything that's gone on today." I knew Alfie knew what I was talking about, because he scrunched up his face and shook his head, still with a concerned voice, he spoke again.

"That's not going to happen, mate. I'm sorry. We don't have to film this video if it makes you upset."

He turned his computer screen to face me, and I saw exactly what he was talking about. Almost every single question that our viewers sent in to us was along the lines of Joe, how do you feel about Caspar cheating on you?

I grabbed the computer out of Alfie's lap, and scrolled through the Twitter questions.

Why did Caspar cheat on you? #AskJalfie

Who was Caspar with? #AskJalfie

Are you guys still together? #AskJalfie

I had completely forgotten that all my viewers had seen the picture because it was tweeted by the hacker off Caspar's Twitter account. When I realized it while I was scrolling through the tweets, my eyes filled with tears. The realization of the thought that Caspar and I weren't together anymore made me burst into a full on sob.

Alfie wrapped his arm around me, and I took the opportunity to burry my head in his shoulder. Alfie and I were such close friends that I knew he would never judge me for soaking the left side of his t-shirt.

I heard running above me and then a few seconds later looked ahead of me, and there stood my obviously worried sister. She didn't look too good herself after being sick for a few days, but I suppose that she was better because she was standing in front of me and out of bed. I also suppose that I looked a lot worse than her with my tear-stained face.

"Joe?" She whispered just loud enough that I could hear her, but I didn't respond.

"Zoe come sit down." Alfie said for me. Zoe took a few steps closer to us and I untangled myself from Alfie so that Zoe could sit in the middle of us. I rubbed my eyes furiously trying to get rid of all the flowing tears, and eventually when they stopped, Zoe took the opportunity to speak up.

"Joe, obviously something's wrong."

I nodded my head slowly in agreement.

"Would you like to share what's troubling you?"

My sister was always great at advice, so I knew that telling her could help me sort out my feelings.

"Sure I guess, um,"

Great start, Joseph.

"Caspar and I broke up." I said, my voice cracking on saying my ex's name, then letting another tear roll down my cheek.

Zoe's eyebrows raised in shock while Alfie's jaw dropped. They were clearly both not expecting to hear the news.

"Joe I'm so sorry. I know how much Caspar means to you." Zoe said in a soothing tone.

"Meant to me." I snapped, correcting her. "He cheated on me."

Alfie then turned his laptop screen slightly to show Zoe the picture of Caspar and Brett kissing. When Zoe saw it, she looked at me, and began talking again.

"Joe, what was Caspar's side of the story on this? What did he say about all of it?"

I opened my mouth to answer he question, then realized I couldn't, and shut my mouth.

How was Caspar feeling about everything?

I didn't know Caspar's perspective on everything that happened in the past two days, because I didn't give him a chance to tell me.

"Zo, all I know is that Caspar cheated on me."

"Those weren't his exact words, obviously. What did he say when you saw the picture and broke up with him?"

"I never heard what he had to say." I spoke softly, hoping Zoe wouldn't question why, but she did.

"Why?"

If it was anyone else, I would have lied to make the conversation a lot easier, but this was my sister, who I told everything to.

"I never gave him a chance to speak, Zoe. I walked out on him out of frustration, then didn't speak to him anytime afterwards."

Zoe hugged me, which made me feel slightly better.

"Oh, broseph, you need to hear what Caspar has to say."

It was my turn to question her.

"Why?"

"Because everyone has their point of view on the situation, and Caspar's might be very important right now. You may even be jumping to conclusions. What if Caspar didn't cheat on you? He would happily tell you that, but you wouldn't know unless you spoke to him."

"But what if he did cheat on me? Then what would he say?"

"Hopefully he would be honest, and it would be a perfect opportunity to find out who the people who really care about you are. But you won't know that, either, if you don't speak to him."

Zoe was right. Even if it might result in one of us getting hurt, it was the right thing to do. I needed to talk to Caspar again.

"I'm going to go then, and try to sort everything out. Thank you Zoe, for all you amazing advice, and thank you Alfie, for giving me a shoulder to cry on."

They both simultaneously nodded and said, "Anytime." We all laughed as I walked to the door and grabbed the handle, then turned around on command.

"Joe, wait!"

I looked at Zoe and she was staring at me in the eyes, about to search for my honest answer.

"Do you still love Caspar?"

I genuinely smiled for what felt like the first time and replied.

"Yes."

Alfie made a motion out the door and I understood everything, finally. My feelings, and what had to be done.

And I was ready.
