Zaneta's POV

Three weeks. All it took was three weeks. In those three weeks Xavier has managed to come home on time if not earlier, remove Sam from my office, give me a massage every night and my personal favorite: Assign Sam to a different mentor which means no more Sam in General. Although those are great he has also been very over protective, speaking of that. I answered the ringing phone and pressed it to my ear holding in a groan.

"How can I help you now Xavier?"

"Are you sure the typing isn't too much for the baby? Maybe you should head ho--"

"Xavier shut up" I say and he gets quiet before laughing

"I'm going kinda overboard huh?"

"Noo of course not" I say sarcastically which earns another laugh from him.

"Alright, alright I'll back off but can you get me a coffee and donuts"

"I'm on it"

"Alright love you"

"I love you too" I hung up the phone and stood up before straightening out my clothes and leaving my office. I caught the elevator right before it closed and it quickly brought me downstairs before it dinged and I quickly slipped out. I walked into the in building restaurant and was immediately greeted by one of my best friends: Lamont.

"Aye look who decided to show up" he teases

"Oh whatever, just get me a black coffee and a donuts"

"Coming right up" he swiftly moved around the small Cafe before hurrying back with my order. "You better stop by more often" he warned and i couldn't help but laugh.

"Alright, i will i will" I got back upstairs in a record time and as I walked to the door heard voices coming from his office.

"Oh come on Xavier, you know i'm the one you want" I hear an annoying voice, known as Samantha, say causing me to walk a bit closer so i could hear Xavier's response.

"I love my wife" Smiling i pushed the door open a bit so i could see them but still be hidden. Xavier was leaned against his desk with her body hovering over his.

"Oh come on, she isn't even all that. What does she have that I don't? She isn't even prettier than me" Xavier bursts into laughter and it takes all my restraint not to laugh as well.
