When we got back Evie and Harmony were waiting for us. We were both disappointed that we couldn't find our gems. The girls also there as well Coral, Selina, and Sarah. The only ones that we had been with before we left. Harmony threw her arms around me though as much as I loved her she wasn't Carlos.

Are you ok? Evie asked us while Mal leaned against the limo. Of all the words I'm sure we can think "ok" doesn't make our top 10 Mal pulled me to her side after my friends were done hugging me she pulled me into her as her chin rested on my head and her arms wrapped around me while this was very unlike her I wasn't complaining.

Well do you at least wanna talk about it Harmony asked us. No not right now I shake my head. We'll just see you all later. Mal declared as she dragged me away with her. Well that's ok Evie started we'll just give you both some space. We'll all be right here giving you space. Harmony called after us.

She didn't even get the chance to tell me that Carlos had something for me. But so Mal and I walked together quietly into the school towards our dorms. She asked me if I wanted to have a sleepover that all she wanted was me right now she had tried to show how not disappointed she was to our friends but I was just as disappointed and sometimes all you want is your sister and no one else.

Apparently Harmony texted Carlos and told him we were back. He stepped out of his room at the right time as we passed by. Jade he called as I stopped in my tracks. There you are he eloped me into a big hug I was glad that Harmony and I had False Mist because the moment he wrapped his arms around me my tears I'd been keeping back fell.

Hi sweetheart I'd muttered against him softly trying not to let my voice crack with how much I was hurting. Where have you been? He asked me. Mal and I kind of went looking for our gems I tried to keep my voice steady. What do you mean "kind of" how do you "kind of" look for something? We may have gone to the Isle to look for them. Jade? Came his concerned voice.

He pulled me at arms length and I looked away from him. Jade? He frowned back as he chased my head to get me to look at him. Mal leaning against the wall watching us her arms crossed with a frown on her own face. Jade look at me he softly demanded when I covered my face with my hands and starred down at the ground.

He hasn't been able to really call me anything pet name wise he usually just mimics me with whatever I called him last which usually makes me giggle. Because the VK's they didn't have love on the Isle they're used to being called things like jerk, bitch, brat, disgrace, evil, rotten, diabolical and so on. But to be called sweetheart honey sweetie love darling it flusters them in the best way.

Though he couldn't give me a pet name I think he was getting used to me calling him pet names as he didn't blush as hard as he usually does. Sweetheart what's wrong he brushed back my hair? A ghost of a smile tugging on my lips everyone adored our relationship Mal had a ghost of a smile on her own face listening to this but the tips of her ears were pink because I know Ben does the same thing to her.

Evie isn't quite as bad she lives for compliments so pet names between her and Doug weren't too hard but Jay is worse of all of us he has a reputation to uphold and Mal does as well while Carlos never really fit in he was a genius not really evil but he wanted to be more tough and manly like Jay unfortunately he has the personality of a puppy. But no matter what he calls me my heart races and I smile when he's trying it makes me feel like I belong.

He's seen me get like this before when I cry and I don't wanna look at him. He's discovered that there are two ways to make me snap out of it and to let him see my face and to let him comfort me when I'm sad one of two ways either place kisses in places that are not my lips since usually most of my face is hidden anyways when he starts so mostly it begins with kisses through my hair and the top of my head.
