A picture is very important. A book without picture is boring. Remember Gaston from Beauty and Beast? He can't read books without pictures.
Pictures attracts the attention of potential customers... Oh sorry, I mean potential readers. The first Impression of the readers rely on the cover of the book. That includes the picture and the title. Once a person gets attracted to the picture, he/she won't forget what it looks like. They will grow interest and one day they will search for it, add it to their library and will read the whole story.
When I was in High School I saw a book in a bookstore entitled "A Diary of a Wimpy Kid" I really liked the picture and I don't know what the story is about. I want to buy the book but I don't have money. My mother does not want to buy it for me either. After a few years, I discovered that there was a movie about the story. So, I watched the movie instead but I really want to read the book.
