I worked for T-mobile before. It is one of the best companies I worked in.
In this photo you can see that they will pay for your contract if you switch to their network. That's very common in the US. If only we have T-mobile in the Philippines and they have this promo, I won't hesitate to switch to their network.

The best with T-mobile is that it has an intangible niche which is called perfect customer service. When I worked there, you are not allowed to commit any mistreat to the customers. A long time ago, it's okay but lately, they changed that. That's why T-mobile won the #1 award for phone customer service.
