Summer is boring, my parents spend most of their time working than enjoying life. My older brother Drew is my definition of perfection, He's a heartthrob. Sometimes I wish that hopefully someday I can found a guy like him that I can spend my life with. But most of the time I envy him for being my parent's favorite. Today is the first day of my last year in college, I'm so excited to bully freshmen students and backstab old professors.

"Tulala ka nanaman." Drew slapped my forehead as he added, "Sino ba yang iniisip mo?"

I groaned in annoyance, "Kuya! Stop slapping me. Hindi na ko bata."

Drew spoke after he drink his coffee, "But you're still my baby sister."

I rolled my eyes, "I'm nineteen."

"And you're still younger than me." Sinuot niya na yung coat niya. He's a businessman kaya kailangan laging presentable siya sa work. My father owned investment bank that holds most our assets while my mother is a former journalist. We live a luxurious life but we're not always together. Drew handed me his necktie, ako parati ang nag aayos ng necktie niya simula noon pa man. I spoke, "Kailan ka ba matututo mag ayos ng sarili mong necktie kuya?"

"Maybe when you get married." He replied, "Pero sa tingin ko tatanda ka ng walang asawa." then he burst out laughing.

Hinampas ko siya pagtapos ayusin yung tie niya, "I hate you kuya! Not because I don't want any commitment means I'm going to end up being alone."

Drew pouted, "I didn't mean to say that ash." Lumapit siya sakin at niyakap ako, "You're beautiful, smart and unique. Being popular heartbreaker isn't easy," He paused teasing me that made me look at him devilishly. "Kidding." He added and smiled, "Someday you'll meet the person that will make you understand how to cherish life with love. You don't have to find it, It will come to you when you least expect it."

Kuya drew hated drama, but when it comes to me he's very emotional. Alam ni kuya na marami na kong nasaktan simula pagkabata dahil dakilang paasa daw ako. The truth is I'm not paasa, they are just expecting more from me which is I'm not yet ready for. Being committed with someone is like letting your heart stuck in a railway while waiting for the train to come and torn you apart. I'm not against happy endings, the thing is I'm still hoping for the best when I get older. Right now, Ieenjoy ko muna ang pagiging istudyante.

"Kuya, I'm too young to be inlove." I replied, "Besides, this is my last year in college. I'm moving to washington next year, maybe mister right is waiting for me there."

Drew smiled, "Why do I feel like you're not my baby sister anymore?"

Hinawakan ko yung balikat niya, "Your baby sister is a big girl now. Don't worry about me kuya, I can always handle myself. You thought me how to be a better person, I owe my strength to you."

He sighed tilting his head, "Mom and dad would be so proud of you. Anyway, I should go. Take care ash, Love you." He kissed me in my forehead before leaving.

An hour later dumating ang bestfriend kong si Nam. We know each other since kinder, she's talented and crazier than me. Nam is taking education major in english, masasabi kong sobrang gusto niya ang course niya na yun dahil dean's lister siya.

Nam yelled, "Aaaassshhh!!"

Halos mahulog yung baso na hawak ko sa lakas ng sigaw niya, "What the fck? Why are you yelling?!"

Naglakad si Nam papalapit sakin na magkasalubong yung kilay, tinuro niya yung wall clock, "It's our first day of being a senior and you're watching tv like a princess."

"Sh*t." Di ko napansin yung oras. Akala ko maaga pa, nasanay kasi ako sa bakasyon. Haaay bubungangaan nanaman ako nito hanggang mamaya. Inabot ko sakanya yung remote na hawak ko, "Give me an hour." I blinked my eyes like a kid asking for a favor, "Sorry."
