Summary:What if there's no war? what if the Horde have peaceful contact with the Alliance thanks an orc defeating Gul'dan? what if there is no horde, just Alliance races of Azeroth?
There is still some war though except the Orcs won't get the hate like their canon did because they proven themselves in the Alliance and thus are also respectable members and quite close with Humanity as both have the largest percentage of members
