Mabel Pines walked through the halls of the Tent of Telepathy.

She had hoped she'd be able to arrive before the end of the show, but even with Dipper's sword, their return was delayed. Pacifica Pleasure was probably helping some of the audience members that stayed behind to read their future. Mabel wore a disguise: ginger hair tied on a bun, white mask over her face, dark blue jacket and a pair of black pants with boots. When she reached the waiting area of the Starlight Guidance room, she took an empty seat and waited patiently for each and every human that went to talk to the young Dame.

"Thank you, Dame Pleasure!"

Pacifica waved at the woman that left the room. "Whenever you need advice, don't be afraid to come." she shook the woman's hand. "I'm your friend, after all."

The woman left. Pacifica turned her eyes to the disguised Mabel. "You are the last one?"

"It appears so."

Pacifica gestured for her to walk inside. Mabel stood up from her seat and followed her in. "So," she shut the door. "How can I help you tonight?" she went to her throne — decorated with starling feathers. The whole room was decorated with starling feathers and had starlings around, with their iridescent purple feathers. "What dreams do you wish to come true?"

Mabel sat down. "I'm afraid I don't dream," she said. "All I wanted was to see you. It's been long, after all."

Pacifica blinked. "My apologies, have we met before?"

Mabel's eyes turned from the human brown to bright blue, her sclera turning orange with her pupils disappearing. Pacifica gasped with a smile, standing up from her seat. "Mabel!"

With a snap of fingers, the disguise disappeared: brown straight hair took over the ginger curly one, an orange military uniform becoming her garment (with a hood lowered) and an orange hat with a silver pine tree in the middle on top of her head. The mask stayed on her face. "Good evening, Crescent Moon."

Pacifica ran around the table and hugged Mabel. Mabel hugged her back, smiling behind the mask. "I am happy you returned," she said. "How was Portland?"

"Portland was. . . Not as exciting as I expected," Pacifica frowned. "But!" she smiled at Mabel. "I'm home — and so are you!"

"I am," Mabel separated from the hug. "Though it seems like I've missed your grand reopening. I apologise for that."

Pacifica chuckled. "It's okay. You've seen my performances from the very beginning. Besides, many other shows will happen! You have plenty of time."

Mabel hummed. "I quite do, you are correct."

Pacifica went back to her chair. "And Dipper?" she sat down. "Where is he?"

"Asleep, like a lazy cat," Mabel said. "I do not blame him, though. Our last battle costed us a lot of energy. Luckily, we agreed on using the sword to come home faster."

Dipper's sword was a gift given to him by Ford, Lee and Fiddleford. It allows him to open a rift between time and space, allowing them to travel much faster and waste less energy. The twins were able to recover their power and heal their wounds while their ship sailed inside of the rift. The twins would've been home a bit earlier, but Dipper insisted they rested at least a little longer before they opened the portal home from time-and-space between time-and-space. Mabel only agreed because she didn't have much of a choice - but if it depended on her, they'd be back in Infinite Gravity days before. At least she felt renewed.

"How are you?"

Mabel raised an eyebrow. "How am I?"

"Yeah," Pacifica curled her lips. "Gideon told me you were in a war, and you said your last battle did a lot to you. . . How are you?"
