Chapter 13 : Orichimaru

Ryu's POV:
Everything was dark and the walls were  rough like tree bark, in fact Ryu was quite sure it was a tree. Ryu could hear fighting outside, but couldn't do anything about that, so he sat there and waited. About 5 minutes later a pale man showed up in front of Ryu. He looked at Ryu and said "I feel like I met you before." He clapped his hands and said "That's right you remind me of that girl I killed 6 years ago. Surprising really, to be a Jonin at that age but nonetheless it was fun!" Ryu's eyes glowed red with anger, he knew for sure Orichimaru was talking about his sister. Orichimaru continued "Oh yes, I remember those eyes this should be fun." Ryu punched at Orichimaru but he dodged it. Ryu somehow predicted the movement and tried to stab Orichimaru with the kunai he held in his other hand, but the wound wasn't deep enough. Ryu could see everything, his opponent's movements, their chakra, even glimpses of their thoughts. He knew what would happen almost as if he could read the future, but his body wouldn't move fast enough to hit his target. Orichimaru said "Brilliant just like I remember them, those eyes are amazing. Too bad they won't help you now." He punched Ryu in the face and said "Calm down. Just because I killed her doesn't mean it was my idea. If you really want your revenge look for an organization known as the Akatsuki they organized her murder. Ryu was enraged at this point and stabbed Orichimaru in the neck just as Orichimaru finished his sentence. Orichimaru chuckled and said "I'm not stupid enough to fight someone as dangerous as you in such tight quarters like this one. This is merely a shadow clone." Orichimaru opened a space on the side of the tree and dissipated leaving Ryu free to leave. Ryu walked out and was blinded by the bright light . When his vision cleared he saw Orichimaru burn their scroll then bite Sasuke. He disappeared as Sasuke dropped to the ground crying in pain. Orichimaru has claimed his next victim.
