I woke up to the sound of beeping noises and people yelling. I looked around the room and soon enough I realised that I was in a hospital. There was nobody in sight. I sighed as I sat up from the bed. "Here we go again" I thought.
I ripped the drip out of my arm and soon enough the machine controlling my heartbeat started beeping fast. I quickly ripped the rest of the stuff on me off and stood up. I started to panic, so I grabbed a chair and hooked it under the door, locking the people from the outside from getting in. There were now people bashing on the door screaming for me to let them in.
I started to get dizzy again, but I needed to get out before they found a way to get in.
"Think, Willow, think." I whispered to myself.
I looked around to find some way to get out of there. Then it hit me.
"The window!" I thought.
I walked over to a small table that was inside the hospital room and picked it up. I then heard someone yelling out side, counting down from 5. I smashed the window, then looked outside.
"Oh no" I thought as I realised I was 3 stories up.
I hesitated to go outside, but the nurses and doctors started bashing even harder. I climbed out the window and held onto a pipe just blow the window and out of sight of who ever was to look out the window. Suddenly, and loudly, I heard what sounded like the door being bashed down and people rushing inside.
Once again, I started to panic. So I kept on climbing down the side of the building.

I had finally reached the bottom of the hospital and I screamed as I jumped down. I looked up and saw a nurse with blonde hair looking down at me. My first instinct was to run as far away as possible but then I wondered how I would get home. Walking away from the tall building, I realised I didn't have my phone. My eyes started to tear up and I ran to the closest street.
See, I live just out of a big city, but there's quite a lot of shops nearby.
I wiped a tear from my cheek as I hailed a taxi.
"Where do you want to go" the driver asked.
"Oh, um, just to the closest phone booth" I replied.

There was lots of traffic so the drive was long and awkward.
"You alright?" The driver asked.
I looked up at the mirror and saw he was looking at me. I didn't pay much attention to his appearance until now. He had chocolate brown skin, and black hair.
"I'm fine" I sobbed.
"Why are you wearing a hospital gown? If you don't mind me asking."
"Oh um I was visiting my auntie, she has cancer."
"Sorry to hear. Don't you have another way to get home?"
"No. Both my parents died and I live by myself." I finished.

The car pulled up on the side of the road.
"That will be $22" the driver said.
"Crap" I whispered.
"I suppose you have no money on you?" He exclaimed
I sighed but he cut me off before I could talk.
"It's fine" he said.
I opened the door stepped out of the car.
"Thankyou" I said before closing the door.
