2. Cheeky

´´Mom, I´m home´´a husky voice shouted. I slowly walked closer to the hall as I saw a tall figure standing only a few meters away from me. I looked at him, it was something familar about him. He was pretty well dressed as I noticed he was wearing a muffin shirt and some jeans. Then I realised it. Was it Finn or Jack? ´´Who are you´´ one of the twins said as he saw me. His green eyes searching for my cold blue. ´´I´m Emily´´I said a bit shy. ´´Finn´´another voice shouted as I heard someone running past me. ´´Emmy´´ Finn said as he picked her up from the floor. I watched as Emmy wrapped her tiny arms around his neck and hugged him. ´´I´ve missed you so much´´Finn said and pecked her lips. ´´I´ve missed you too´´ she smiled at him. I couldn´t help but feel my heart melt. It was such a cute moment. I looked at Finn. He´d changed a lot since the last time I saw him. ´´Emily, eh? ´´ Finn said and smiled. ´´Why does that seem so famiiar?´´he asked him self. ´´You and your family visited us back when I lived in South Africa´´I said. Finn seemed to realise as he nodded. ´´You were the one who made me eat a cricket´´Finn pouted. My cheeks burned as I burst out in laughter. ´´Oh my god, i wish you didn´t remember that. It was fun though. Your expression was priceless´´I laughed harder and Finn joined me. 

´´Dinner is ready´´I shouted as both Finn and Emmy ran into the kitchen at took  a seat. I sat down next to Emmy as she giggled. ´´So Finn why aren´t you at Uni?´´I asked after swallowing my pasta. Finn didn´t look so suprised at my question. Yet again, his green eyes met my blue ones. It was like my body was on fire, ready to explode. ´´I like going to University, but I also stopped doing the things I love. I came back here because I think i want to take another gap year. So i wanted to talk to mom about it since there still are three weeks left of summer.´´I nodded. ´´You just missed her, kind of´´I smiled softly at him. ´´But she´ll be back in a couple of days.  

After we all dug in the last pieces of the pasta, I started to clean up the dishes. ´´Finn, you mind helping me?´´ I shouted. I didn´t know why, but i´d love to get to know him better. There was something about him that made my heart race. Crazy, right? ´´I´ll be right there´´he half shouted back as he walked into the kitchen. ´´I suppose you know how to dry the dishes right?´´I smiled at him jokingly. ´´No´´he teased. ´´Cheeky´´I laughed as I handed him a wet bowl. Finn pouted as he helped me out. ´´You´re two years younger than me right?´´Finn asked. ´´You´re on babysitting duty now, Finnegan´´ I chuckled. It never got old. ´´Mom better pay me when she gets home´´he said, playing along. 

Finn and I ended up watching a movie, well we didn´t really watch the movie. We just talked. It hadn´t been quiet once. We always had something new to talk about. Something made it feel like we´ve known each other for years, like me and Caspar for exampel. ´´Caspar´´i mumbled to my self. ´´What´´Finn asked. I shaked my head. ´´I totally forgot about Caspar, I was supposed to call him today´´i sighed. The best friend of the year award goes to me. ´´Don´t worry, i think he´s fine.´´ Finn grinned which caused it to send multiply of shivers down my spine. ´´Him and Alfie are probably--´´I shook my head, not wanting to continue. Finn crossed his arms and pouted. ´´He would never cheat on me´´Finn stated which caused me to laugh. ´´It´s okay Finn´´I patted his shoulder. ´´It´s ok´´ Finn leaned over my shoulder, pretending to cry. I kept patting his head. The fact that he was so childish and cheeky made my knees weaken. But why? I had only known him for like ten hours. 

´´Finn, Emily´´a girly voice shouted, causing me to open my eyes slowly. Where was I? I looked at the person next to me. Finn. Why were we cuddled up? We must have fell asleep last night. I smiled at Emmy who looked suspicious at us. ´´Finn´´i mumbled, shaking his body slowly. He groaned and wiped his eyes. When he opened his eyes he had the same reaction as I had when I woke up. ´´We must have fallen asleep last night´´ he smirked. I rolled my eyes and hit him playfully on his chest. ´´I´m hungry´´Emmy whined. ´´I´ll make breakfast if Emily helps me´´Finn raised his eyebrow, winking at me. ´´Cheeky´´ I rolled my eyes. ´´Very´´he said as we both walked into the kitchen. ´´I guess me and Caspa r are even now´´Finn said. ´´Hmm?´´I asked. ´´I mean he probably cheated on me with Alfie and I slept with-- ´´ Finn got cut off when an other voice was heard. ´´You slept with who?´´
