GenevieveI smirked, " Nǐ hěn yúchǔn de xiǎng, wǒ huì yīnwèi nǐ de yúchǔn de mèilì [You're stupid to think that I'll fall for your idiotic charms]." He stared at me, dumbfounded. He suddenly looked angry and raised his hand. Before he could slap me again, one of his men called him, "Tā zài páiduì, xiānshēng [He's in the line, sir]." Sir Hans smirked and took the phone.
Pressing it on loudspeaker, he exclaimed "Mr. Clarkson! You really have good tastes on women ay?"
"Hans! You better fucking let her go!" Justin roared from the phone.
"Ah ah ah, now that's not how you should respect people."
"Fuck you!" His voice was hard, rough, raspy, and...Scary. Never thought I'd say that. But it's true.
Slap. My head faced itself away from the scene in front of me. This douche just slapped me,
"Now Clarkson, if you disrespect me, one slap." Sir Hans chuckled.
"Hans! You fucking bastard!"
Slap. I gritted my teeth.
"Damn, your girl is feisty, she won't even scream. But don't worry, I'll be letting her scream my name when I do my way with her." I stared in disgust. Stupid asshole.
"HANS!"
I'm sure he's breaking Hans' speaker, so maybe that's why he had put it on hand again.
"Nǐ zhīdào hòuguǒ, kèlākè sēn xiānshēng [You know the consequences, Mr. Clarkson]." Hans hissed. I think this is the first time he cracked open. There was silence until Hans started screaming, "Nǐ yǒu nǐ de shíkè, dāng nǐ shāle táng de qīzi, xiànzài, wǒ yào dédào de jiàgé, bìng quèbǎo nǐ de nǚhái jiāng yǒu zìjǐ de shíkè yǔ tang [You had your moment when you killed the don's wife, now, I'm going to get the price and make sure your girl will have her own moment with the don]." He hung up.
Justin did what now?
Hans turned to me, his eyes filled with anger and evilness. "Now, the time has come. Call the don." He threw the phone to one of the men.I glared at him. "You'll never getaway with this." I hissed. Wow, famous lines from those movies, this is all too cliché for me.
"Oh, but I already did." Hans said. My eyes threw daggers at him. I already hate him.
BOOM.
That's when the explosion came; I gasped and ducked my head when I saw fire spread around.
Oh shit.
When I couldn't hear no more, I peeked through one eye from my eyelash and saw men with guns walking in sneakily while looking around.
I looked around to see all of Hans' men lying on the floor, dead. Then I notice someone about to stand up, I widen my eyes, and "There he is!" I yelled to the guards who followed my gaze and quickly ran to Hans.
I sighed in relief. Then, my senses came in; I looked up to see Justin walking his way towards me. His eyes filled with worry, anger, and relief.
I smiled up at him. He quickly untied me. And before he could say anything I hugged him.
Might as well get the opportunity, right? Cue smirk.
"You saved me." I whispered in his ear. He hugged me back, gripping gently on my back, "I was so fucking worried Eliza, how can you leave like that?" He asked, but calmly.
I pulled away, looking down. I left because I want to forget. I left because I cared for you. And it scared me. I sighed, why can't I fucking say any of those things?
"Hey..." He whispered, bringing my chin up so I can make eye contact. "It's okay. I'm sorry if I had pressured you. Please don't be sad." He whispered. I smiled lightly, but it soon faded away.
I can't believe how good this guy can trap people. My heart fluttered at his words.
"Come on. Let's go home." I nodded, standing up. We made our way to the exit, grabbing my bag along the way.
I looked down at our entwined hands. I leaned in his touch and faintly smiled.
