Chapter 4

*Niall’s POV*

We went back to Juliet’s house and ordered pizza while she picked out a movie. You never know what Juliet will come up with. She’s full of surprises, so I was a little nervous about letting her pick out a movie.

“All right, I have three movies to choose from: The Avengers, Grease, and Pitch Perfect. So take your pick.” After a few games of rock paper scissors we decided on Grease. I love Grease.

I sat snuggled up against Juliet on the couch, our fingers intertwined. On the songs I knew I sang the words softly in her ear.

On the other side of the couch, Morgan and Josh were sitting close, but not too close, as if they liked each other but were afraid to admit it. Louis didn’t ever care when it came to sitting with the girl he liked. He and Delilah were lying side by side on the floor. Claire and Zayn were sitting on the love seat kind of in the same way Josh and Morgan were, since they weren’t sure either. And Liam and Maci were sitting in the recliner together whispering and giggling about something.

I loved how we were all sitting here, in peace, with the girls we love-, I mean liked. Not being disturbed by the papz, or fans, because nobody knew where we were. It almost seemed like a well- deserved break. But that would be over soon. We had to leave to go back on tour tomorrow. Luckily we had a later flight and we could see the girls before we left, but it will be the end of our break. The end of me spending every spare second I had with Juliet. I would only be able to spare every spare second thinking about her. Saying goodbye will be one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.

*Juliet’s POV*

It felt so right, me sitting there with Niall, him singing softly in my ear, and not having a care in the world. I didn’t know what I was gonna do without him. I mean, he’s my life, my everything, and I have a feeling that the next 5 months are going to involve a LOT of crying.

The movie was over and the pizza was gone. Everyone was asleep except Niall and I. He was texting somebody and I couldn’t help but stare at his face while he was.

“Are you ok, Juliet?” Niall asked, concern filling his voice. I then realized hot, salty tears were streaming down my face. I hadn’t even realized.

“I’m fine. Just thinkin’ about how much I’m gonna miss you when you go. I mean, 5 months? That’s like, almost half a year!” I said. Then, he wrapped his arms around me and embraced me in a firm hug. I will miss the random hugs he gives, and the pecks on the cheek that make me feel better and his comforting words that I can only hear if we have some phone or Skype connection that we may not have much.

“Listen, stop crying because if you keep crying I’m gonna start crying and then you will cry harder and so on.” He said with a slight smile.

“Niall, I need to tell you something,” I said and he nodded. “I know we’ve only been dating for a week tomorrow, but I’ve known you for such a long time, and I think it’s ok to tell you, I love you.” I said. When he didn’t say anything, I bit my lip, hoping I didn’t offend him or anything. Or maybe my breath smelled bad. I was about to say something but he beat me to it. “I love you too.” He said, and I knew I had made the right choice.

*Niall’s POV*

“I love you too.” I said. It was true. I did love her and I felt a sense of confidence when I told her. I felt the tenseness in her body disappear as she slowly drifted off to sleep. She looked so peaceful and pretty when she slept. I didn’t want her to sleep but I knew I needed to sleep too. So I fell asleep, our hands still intertwined, and her head lying on my shoulder with mine on top.

Btw in this story, none of the guys have gf's cause a bunch of my friends wanted to b with guys that have gf's so ya...........
