Chapter 9

*Juliet’s POV*

We were all at Niall’s apartment, sitting in a circle on the floor, discussing the day. “What did Maci say?” Niall whispered in my ear. “She said no because her and her old boyfriend had been going strong and then he cheated on her. I guess she’s just too scared to trust someone again.” I replied, making sure nobody heard our conversation. He nodded then turned back to the conversation.

“So, what was your favorite site, Jules?” Delilah asked me. “I don’t know. There were so many and they were all amazing. I love London.” I said. We had seen pretty much everything. It was such a crazy day.

I rested my head on Niall’s shoulder, as I was very tired. “Don’t fall asleep yet. You still have an announcement to make.” He whispered into my hair. “What announcement?” I asked groggily. “You are telling them that you are going to college in London because that is important. And if you won’t tell them, I will.” He said firmly. It was important but I wasn’t ready to tell anybody.

When it got quiet, Niall introduced my statement with, “Juliet has an announcement she needs to make.” And I decided it was now or never.

Everybody turned their attention towards me and my palms started sweating and my cheeks got hot. “Um, *clears throat*, in three months, I am moving to London to go to Uni because I got accepted early so I get to graduate with the seniors, a.k.a. Delilah and Morgan.” I said quickly, bracing myself for what was coming next. It actually wasn’t what I had expected.

Maci ran over, wrapped her arms around me and started screaming into my shirt. The boys were all congratulating me and talking about how close I would be. Delilah gave me a faint smile, but it wasn’t real. Morgan was on top of Maci who was now on top of me crying into Maci’s shirt. It was like the room was divided in two.

After Maci and Morgan let go, I turned to them and said, “You know I will always love you guys right?” They both nodded and went back to their spots.

“You know, on the bright side, since the boys are touring America soon you will get see them more than I will…..” I said, trailing off and giving a fake smile. “But then we won’t even get to see you!” Zayn complained. “Don’t worry, you will have Claire and that’s all you need.” I said, giggling at his suddenly red cheeks.

“When did you find this out?” Morgan asked. “I found out about a week ago and only my parents and Niall knew.” I said gesturing in Niall’s direction. “Oh,” she sounded disappointed, probably because I didn’t tell her first.

“Well, we can talk about this later. For now let’s change the subject. Thank the heavens. I was about to break down, even though I had probably cried most of my tears already when it became official that I was moving.

“So what’s on the agenda for tomorrow?” Claire asked, grabbing Zayn’s hand and intertwining their fingers. Since when was she so confident?

“It’s just a free day. You can do whatever you want, with whoever you want.” Harry said, giving a cheeky grin. “Oooh, someone’s got plans for him and Sarah.” Niall said in a cooing voice. “Yes, yes I do.” He said finally. That was ok with us.

“I have something special planned for me and you!” he turned to me giddily. Uh-oh. I was scared now.

“Don’t look at me like that.” He said. I realized I had a really scared look on my face. Then I broke into a fit of laughter, which cause Niall to start laughing, which caused a chain reaction of laughter. The room was full of laughter until somebody hit the remote and the T.V. turned on. It scared the living death out of us.

Then, we put on a movie and claimed the identical spots we had the last time we were together for a movie night at my house. I still sat the same way I always do with Niall: Our fingers intertwined, my head on his shoulder, and his head on top of mine.

I was fighting the sleep when Niall started singing softly in my ear. My eyes began to droop and my heart beat began to become slow and steady and I fell asleep, not dreaming about anything.

Hello lovelies! Sorry this chapter came so late today. I was gonna post last nite but the internet was down. Then it was still down this morning. Then my dad fixed it but I kinda fell asleep for like 3 hours then had church so ya......
