Rachels pov :
"Okay girls how do I look?" I asked Quinn , Santana, Brittney and Kurt . "Fabulous. " Quinn said. "Beautiful. " Santana said. "Amazing. " Brittney said. "Gorgeous. " Kurt said. "You think Finn will like it ?" I asked them . "Rachel can we talk to you?" Kurt said. "About what ? " I asked . "We're worried that Finns playing you." Quinn said. "Look you guy's I appreciate that you guys care so much but Finn isn't the guy he use to be he's different . " I said . "Rachel take it from me Finn plays girls like you who are all sweet and inocent and he takes that innocents and crushes it." Santana said. "Guys it's been 2 years since Jessie I'm ready to move on and Finn makes me happy so can't you just be happy for me too?" I asked. They all looked at eachother and then Quinn said, "We just want you to be careful. " She told me . "I am ." I said. The door bell rang and my dad said, "Rachel , Finns here!" He yelled. I smiled and said , "I'll be down in a sec!" I yelled back to him .
Finns pov :
I was waiting down stairs awkwardly with Quinn , Santana, Brittney, Kurt , and Rachels dad. Then she came down stairs. I looked at her and smiled she looked more beautiful than ever . "Wow." I said. "Do you like it ?" She asked me. "You look radiant Rachel. " I said. "You don't look so bad yourself. " She said. "Aww let me get a picture of you two." Her dad said and he took the picture. "We should probably get going ." I said. "Okay bye dads." She said to them . "Have fun you two ." her father said . "But not too much fun." Her other dad said. "I'll have her home by 11." I said and we left . 30 minutes later we walked into the baquet hall and saw my mom. "Finn , Rachel , you two look absolutely adorable . Rachel you look so beautiful I love your dress. " She told Rachel. Rachel smiled , "Thank you Carol you look beautiful as well ." She said. "Carol care to introduce me to the young people." A man said . "Burt , this is my son Finn and his friend Rachel Berry. Finn , Rachel this is Burt Hummel he's one of the sponsors for the firm." My mom said . "Nice to see you again Mr.Hummel." I said. "Same to you Finn. May I just say how beautiful your girlfriend looks ." He told me. "Oh we're just friends ." I said. He then said , "Thats ashame , if I were you and I met a girl like her I make a move before someone else did." He said and then Rachel smiled at me and I said , "You wanna go dance ?" I asked her. She smiled and said, "I would love too." I took her hand and we started to dance .
Rachels pov :
Later Finn took me outside to the gazebo and it was a little chilly out and I was freezing. "Here ." He said and put his coat on me so I would stay warm . "Finn." I said. "Yes ?" He asked me. "Theres a reason why I left you the other night at your house ." I said. "Rachel you don't have to ...." I interrupted him, "No I trust you Finn and it's because I trust you that I think you know something. " I said. "Okay you can tell me anything. " He said . We sat down and I said , "I know and that why I'm telling you this. " I took a deep breath and said, "A couple a years ago I was dating this guy named Jessie and we were so in love and one night I walked into his room and he was having sex with another girl." I said. "Rachel I'm sorry . " He said. "Its okay I'm over it its just since then I've had a hard time trusting guys with my heart. " I said. He held my hands and looked me in the eyes and said, "I would never ever do that to you." He said. "I know thats why I trust you." I said. "Rachel, I think its pretty obvious how I feel about you and I've been thinking about what Burt said and I don't want to lose you so will you be my girlfriend? " He asked me. I smiled and kissed him passionatly, "Does that answer your question?" I said sarcastically. He smiled and then said , "I'll take that as a yes."
