AUTHOR'S NOTE: I really need to figure out how to do bold and italics.... Anyway, I have substitutions for the said items currently. You may have noticed some strange symbols, and a pattern within them. I'm going to clear up confusion.

Anyone's mind: ^

Link's telepathy: ~

Midna's telepathy: *

I tried to distinguish them from actual talking...the first three chapters may not work with these new adaptations, so I appreciate everyone working with me.

Also, I will currently give background and character information. So Legend of Zelda fanatics can skip this section.

Hyrule: the Kingdom that Zelda presides over, and the one in which most of this story takes place. Twin planet of The Twilight Realm. (Twilia).

Triforce: the legendary symbol of power granted by the three gods. the three inner triangles represent power, wisdom, and courage. In every Zelda game, Link has courage, Zelda has wisdom, and Ganondorf has power.

Link: the main protagonist in any Zelda adventure. In the Twilight Princess GAME (not this book) I picture him seventeen to eighteen. Then the storyline of the GAME continues, and I imagine him twenty or twenty-one by the end. Another year passed when Midna disappeared, leaving him about 22. I picture Link very buff and hot. Those are girly descriptions, I know, but they are my descriptions nonetheless. Blond hair, blue eyes. Green 'hero' tunic. Triforce on right hand. Wields the Master Sword in his left hand. Also an archer, and has many other tools in his satchel, which include a ball&chain, clawshot, slingshot, metal boots...

Zelda: in most games, this princess of hyrule is the love interest of the game. In Twilight Princess, she really wasn't. She has braided brunette hair in this version and wears a pink/purple dress. Triforce on sword hand. She wields a rapier-looking sword in her right hand.

Ganondorf: bad guy of nearly every Zelda game. Usually a ginger and a resident if the Gerudo desert. Seven feet tall, nearly. Completely corrupt and evil. Triforce on sword hand. Wields a great sword.

Zant: completely insane Twilian. He took over the Twilight Realm and banished Midna to Hyrule. Worked for Ganondorf.

Midna: link's guide in the GAME. She is the princess of the Twilight Realm (spoiler from the game), so she of course looks Twilian. In this book, she is in the more humanoid form that you will see. Not the imp. In this story, she gains the Triforce on her right hand after Ganondorf is defeated. Reddish hair that can make a hand and move stuff. Magic wielder.

Illia: link's childhood sweetheart. Daughter of the mayor of Ordon. Loves horses. Not a fighter. Braided hair.

Colin: a resident of Ordon. Looks up to Link and wants to be a hero without needing to fight. Takes horse riding lessons from Link. Shy, but very courageous. Blond, blue eyes. I think he looks like a young link, but that's just me.

Talo/Malo-brothers, one being older than the other. Talo, the eldest, wants to fight like Link and takes sword lessons from him. Malo owns his own store and has done so from a young age. The store is now the first and only 'chain', being in every town in Hyrule.

Beth- has always had a crush on Link, despite the age difference. Very girly, but still hangs out with the boys her age instead of Illia, the only other girl in town.

If you guys have any more questions, don't be afraid to ask. I can answer them. If you want to point out a flaw, I'd be glad for the criticism. Thanks for reading!
