Summer After High School (Brendon Urie/ Pete Wentz)

Part 20

"hey Kellin it's Pete again I'm just calling to let you know that Acacia is in the hospital and the doctors say she can be going into labor anytime soon and she really wants you here so I got you and your family plane tickets they should be in your email in case you decide to you know show up bye" I heard Pete say on his phone but I kept pretending to be asleep  

"did I miss anything?" I pretended waking up

"No everything is fine your brother said he'd get here as soon as he could he's really happy" Pete lied

"about time he answers one of our calls" I forced myself to smile

"Well a child can bring people together" he smiled 

"Right," I simply replied trying to push out the fact that me being pregnant was probably 60 percent the reason I got back with Pete.

"how long until my brother gets here?" I asked knowing Pete was lying

"Soon he's just waiting for the play" Pete smiled

lies. I thought to myself before I got another contraction.

"Have they said how much longer until this thing pops out of me!" I yelled

"he's not a thing he's our child" Pete tried calming me down defending our unborn daughter

"She. Pete" I got off my chest.

"Why did you just tell me the gender I told you I wanted to be surprised"He whined

"you would of found out literally hours from now" I chuckled "So what difference does it make?"

"Bronx is going to have a little sister" he smiled before the machines went crazy.

"what's that? Is everything okay?" I panicked asking Pete

"I have no idea" He replied making his way into the hall but the flood of doctors and nurses came in

"it's time," The doctor said holding his hands out so that the nurses could place the gloves on him.

"Ok, I need you to start pushing," HE said. So I immediately grabbed Pete's hand and squeezed it non-stop and for three hours Pete tried clearing up the tension by saying jokes like "Guess we have to cancel our next tour since my hand won't recover after today" or "shes's a fighter just like her dad"

And after she came out the doctors cleaned her up and handed her to us.

"What's her name?" The nurses asked

"Macie Wentz" Pete smiled

"We didn't agree to this," I said with the last stamina I had left before I completely knocked out.

When I woke up the whole band was in the room passing her around and commented about how much she looked like Pete

The next day Justin and Lindsey came and brought a huge stuffed animal for her.

"Where's the girl that is all over internet," Lindsey sang waltzing in the door.

"Can I hold her?" She asked as she watched Macie

"Of course" I smiled

"She looks just like Pete" Lindsey smiled at me

"Yeah"

"No offence but why did you name her Macie" Justin asked

"offence taken" Pete eye mugged him

"I had no say in it I swear I knocked out right after she was out" I joked

"So did KEllin say what time he'd come?" I asked

"He's not coming" Lindsey whispered

"but Pete said Kellin told him" I almost yelled so that it could seem more dramatic.

"Did you lie to me? Pete" I asked knowing the answer

"We should leave you two alone to talk it out" Lindsey excused Justin and her

"I'm so sorry" Pete said as soon as the door closed

"I can totally understand it's actually pretty sweet" I said

"But you were just mad" He replied in shock

"It doesn't bother me as much as the fact that you named our child Macie" I said before bursting into laughter

I know this chapter sucks so bad but I took some medicine and it's making me really tired but I really wanted to update but I swear the next chapter will make up for it and will be the last chapter.
