Michael

"... You're a dead man Clifford," is all I heard come out of her mouth
"Wait, what the actual fuck?"
"Her dads put a hit out on you man," Calum told me
"Yeah I got that, but just because I spoke to you? That's a bit fucked isn't it?" I asked Stella
"I think it is," she said, "so you have to run and soon,"
"Well I planned on it," I shrugged, "how soon can we get everything organised?" I asked Calum
"Two weeks," he said, "everything's in the works,"
"Can you get it done any faster? I don't really wanna die ya know?"
"I'll do what I can," he said, "these documents take time," I nodded, and turned to face Stella, "what do you mean when you said it would be safer for you to run as well?"
"Are you thick Clifford?" She asked, "if your family get wind of mine putting a hit out on you, they'll put one out on me as well,"
"Right," I can't believe I didn't realise that, not that I actually paid any attention to what was going on; I never wanted this, so why was I being dragged into it?
"Anyways," Stella spoke up, after few minutes of silence, "I have to go, I need to buy something to wear tonight,"
"Where are you going?" I asked, even though I knew it was none of my business
"Out with Tony," she said, I hated that prick. I really did. He wasn't good enough for her. No one was
"Why?" I asked
"Not that it's any of your business," she began, "but I need to keep up appearances, if I do decide to go along with your plan," I nodded, and she got up to leave
"Stella," Calum spoke up, "you need to decide fast, we don't have much time,"
"I know," she said, "I'll call Michael tomorrow,"
"Wait, before you go," Calum said, and hopped off the couch and grabbed something out of a drawer, "take this,"
"What is it?" She asked, looking confused
"A burner phone, Michael's got one too, so do I,"
"What am i supposed to do with this?"
"Your dad checks your phone bills right?" She nodded, "use this to contact us,"
"Okay," she said
"Our numbers are already programmed in," I told her, I got up and followed her to the door, "I'll speak to you tomorrow," she nodded again, and left.

"So are you gonna explain, why Stella has to be apart of this plan?" Calum asked, "because I get the feeling there's something your not telling me,"
"She doesn't deserve to be apart of this," I told him simply, "I told you that,"
"Yeah you did," he sighed, "but I also didn't know something happened between you guys at school,"
"It doesn't matter," I sighed
"It kind of does," he said
"What's the big deal?" I asked, "yeah something did happen, and it was stupid and shouldn't have happened,"
"What happened?" He asked
"Doesn't matter what happened," I told him, "what does matter is that she hates me for it,"
"She couldn't hate you, if she's actually taking part in your farfetched plan,"
"It's not that farfetched is it?" I asked
"It is kinda," he said, "you're risking a lot by even attempting this,"
"I know,"
"And considering she's a Deangelo..."
"You don't have to remind me," I cut him off, "I'm reminded of that everyday,"

We sat in Calum's living room, playing GTA on his Xbox. It was silent, until he spoke, "I think I know the best way for this plan to succeed,"
"What's that?" I asked
"You and Stella or just you, will have to like fake your deaths or something like that,"
"Can you do that?" I asked
"It'll be difficult, but it'll buy us time," he said, "you'll then need to hide out somewhere for a bit, somewhere where no one will think of looking for you,"
"Yeah true," I said, "then we fly to America to meet up with Hemmings,"
"You sure you can trust him mate?" Calum asked, "his dad was on the Taskforce that lead to the end of the last war,"
"Yeah I can," I told him, "he knows that I want to run and don't want a part of this,"
"True,"
"So how do you suppose we fake our deaths?" I asked
"Car crash," he said simply
"And this will take place when?"
"After Natasha Konitsky's party,"
"Okay, I get that, but how the fuck do you expect Stel and I to both escape the party? People will see us leaving together and know something's up,"
"You leave one after the other," he stated, as if I was stupid
"And the car crash?"
"We total both your cars somewhere on the way home," he shrugged
"Doesn't someone need to be driving for the cars to crash?" I asked, "I don't know about Stella, but I'm sure as hell not jumping out of a moving car, it'll need to be going fast enough to crash,"
"I don't know man, it was just a suggestion," he shrugged, "I don't see you coming up with any ideas,"
"I came up with running away, and getting in contact with Hemmings, and I told you what we'll need, because I know you can get that stuff a lot easier than I can,"
"I suppose, I'm still gonna need something for Stella's fake passport though,"
"What do you mean?"
"I need a photo, but it can't be of what she looks like now, it'll be too obvious,"
"Fair enough," I sighed, "photo shop different coloured hair on her?"
"That could work," he said, "when she decides, get her to choose a hair colour to die her hair, when you first escape and get her to tell me,"
"Alright will do," I said
