Ryan's POV

"Ryan, Just forget everything for a moment and turn your face to the right." She smirked.

I could see the pride of achievement in her face which made her look cute. In order to avoid her thinking that I was drooling over her, I shifted my gaze to the direction she suggested.

I stood there surprised peering at the sight. There is no way a place as beautiful as this could be here around the city. 

It was almost dawn but the stars and moon shining in the sky still filled the this place with enough light to make the everything visible around us. 

After reaching the place, We switched off the light which highlighted the beauty of the nature. Forest and Nights would sound creepy but the dawn light, stars and moon makes it all pleasant. There were ducks swimming on the lake and birds flying to start their new day. Surroundings were filled with sounds of birds chirping.

The lake in front of us was sparkling, reflecting the stars shine. Though sun hasn't risen yet, It felt like the sun and the moon were laying themselves on ends of the bed of lake. Sun and moon can not meet each other, but the moon still glows with love of the Sun.

Veronica and I can be like those. It doesn't matter whether She stays in my life, I would make sure she always blooms in happiness.   

"Close your mouth before a fly delivers a baby in it." She stated.

Whoa.

What?!

Seriously? Fly delivering a baby?!

"Um-Uh-Yeah" I looked back at her "Do you walk here alone into the woods to reach this place?"

"Of course. What's wrong?"

"Nothing. I was just wondering- You should be careful, you know."

"Yeah Yeah. I know. I have always been careful but I am still decorated with scars, So, I thought let's just stop caring about myself." She smiled.

"You have never taken care of yourself Veronica" I stared into her deep hazel eyes and moved bangs of hair away making her face completely visible.

She gazed back into my eyes as if she was amazed and jumped back all of a sudden.

"Don't touch me without my permission." She reacted looking away.

She started walking towards the lake stumbling on the bumpy land and I stood in place feeling embarrassed of what I have done. 

I shouldn't have touched her. What was getting into me? I never did something like that ever in my life. She might now be thinking that I am like other boys taking an advantage over a girl.

"Will you walk faster, You are going to miss the sun rise." 

When I turned to look at her, She was no where to be seen. Where did she go? 

"Veronica!" I shouted running towards the lake.

"Veronica!"

"You are waking up the squirrels with your whoop."  I heard the voice and looked up to see her sitting on branch of a tree.
