You Don't Know Me (A TMNT fanfiction)

Chapter 6

Flashback #1

Mikey built a machine that makes anything that is attached to it, soundproof.  He was taking all his anger out on his furniture.  Then a portal appeared in front of him.  A lady figure walked towards him.  She was wearing what princesses or other royalties wear during the French Revolution or in the 1800's. 

"Good day, turtle man.  I have brought news from the Cave of Souls." She said in a strong Australian accent. 

"What news?" Mikey asked the mysterious woman from the Cave of Souls.

"You are soon to be The Destroyer." She said.

"You must be mistaken.  I cannot be The Destroyer, you must be looking for Raphael." Mikey said half joking.

"You are Michelangelo, Descendant of Zebalba, god of the Land of the Forgotten.  You are the Guardian of the Prophesies and prophesied to rule overworld." She said.

"Overworld? No no no... I can't be.  There is no way in hell I am ruling that horrid place." Mikey said in disgust. 

"You may not understand this but you cannot live with your brothers anymore.  The Book of Life has written your story." The girl said.

"But why can't I write my own story like Manolo? That ain't fair.  And besides I don't live in Mexico.  I live in New York." Mikey replied.

"I will send a special someone to guide you in this path of which you chose." She said.

"And who would that be?" Mikey asked.

"Elena." She answered.

Flashback #2

"Elena!" Mikey called on the rooftops.

"Catch me if you can!" She called back.

"There's no time for games!" I scolded.

"Don't be KJ. God you're way worse than Leo." She whined as she stopped jumping.

"You do know I'm not what they thought I am." Mikey said.

"Okay okay.  So what do you plan to do now?" She asked.

"I don't want to leave my family but... I can't. I just can't." Mikey mumbled.

"You have to dude or else... Tell you what. I'll buy you tuna and bubblegum pizza." Elena suggested.

"Eww no. I wonder why would they think anyone would want to eat that?" Mikey said in disgust.

Elena giggled.  "Says the guy who invented pizza shake or whatever you called that."

"How'd you know that? You weren't even there." Mikey said in shock but not that shock or not shock at all. He has the poker face on.

  "We have a bond remember?" She teased.

Mikey's eyes widened and he face-palmed.

Flashback #3

"Mikey, I want you to meet Jess.  Shredder's real daughter." Elena introduced her friend.

"Was 'real daughter' really necessary?" Jess asked Elena.

"Well you are his real daughter and not Karai remember?" Elena said.

Jess sighed. "Guess you're right."  She turned to Mikey. "The Destroyer huh? Cool. Maybe you could destroy my dad for me."

"According to the prophecy, yes but not in the literal way." Mikey replied.

"So uhh, what does the prophecy say?" Jess said.
