You Don't Know Me (A TMNT fanfiction)

Chapter 10

"Where are they?" Mikey asked Jess.

Jess didn't respond.  She just stared at the computer screen with such determination.  Mikey and Elena exchanged glances. 

"This isn't part of your plan. Right?" Elena asked.

Jess didn't respond but a worried and regretful expression plastered on her face.

"What's wrong?" Mikey asked.

"I-I don't know." Jess said.

"What do you mean?" Elena asked.

"There was a glitch in the system. I don't know where it came from but I'm sure it was stable." Jess said.

"What are you talking about?" Elena asked.

"They were sucked in the dimension where the guys came from." Jess said.

"Okay, is the guys still with Donnie?" Mikey asked.

"Yes. They're in some kind of glass container. Their becoming weaker by the minute." Jess replied.

"Okay, Jess go get them, Elena and I will check on my..." Mikey hesitated to say something.

Jess and Elena stared at him like they were expecting something.

"The turtles." Mikey finally said.

The girls groaned in disappointment.  Jess slapped his back head.  Mikey winced but let it slide. 

"They're still your brothers you know." Elena told Mikey after Jess left for the guys.

"I know." Mikey mumbled.

Elena sighed.  "What's the use of the grass if the cow is already dead."

Mikey stared at her questioningly.

Elena exhaled in frustration. "Let's just go."

With Jess

"Guys?" Jess asked as she looked for them in Donnie's lab.

"Jessa." She heard a girl's voice said.
   
"Where are you guys?"

"Here." A faint boy's voice answered.

Jess ran towards his voice and saw two giant glass containers.  The kids barely have their eyes opened.

"Hold on guys. I'm gonna get you out of here." Jess said as she tried to break the glass.

She kept on hitting the glass but it wouldn't budge.

"It's too late." The boy said.

"What do you mean?" Jess asked.

"It's too late.  You cant save us anymore." The boy said.

"It's only a matter of time before we die so let us go." The girl said.

"No.  I'm never letting you go.  Please help me out." Jess begged.

"Disable the shield." The girl said.

"What shield?"

"Some kind of force field. It's invisible." The girl said.

"Donnie activated it when he said he'll test our DNA." The boy said.

"Where did he get your DNA from?" Jess asked.

"Our blood.  Z negative."  The girl said.

"Okay okay uh... Hang on." Jess said as she rushed towards Donnie's table where his computer is.
