Chapter 3

I dress up in something a bit more dressy. "So what happened? Why aren't you here in Auradon if your daughter of Peter Pan?" Evie asks. "Well I ran away. Being a daughter of someone 28 looking like he was 14, I was mature. I had to be for both our safety so at the age of 5 I ran away I swam here looking for adventure and as soon as I crossed that barrier I was stuck here. So I climbed up, hooks minions took me and hook claimed me."

"So, you left looking for adventure?" Evie sums up. "I wanted to away from him. I was tired of it all and then to make it worse he was gonna make me stay with this Wendy chick." I say moving myself to her bed. "Isn't that your mom?" Evie asks. "Nah, My moms a grown fairy, you know the ones who can grow? Anyway, so then she died because as soon as fairies do...that...they die before the male fairies. That's not the case. My father is of course human so she died he didn't so he was left with me. You can say I was always hungry and had a wet diaper when I was a baby."

She looks at me. "You have a lot of explaining to do for everyone else." Evie says.

"No I don't cause your gonna help me make them believe my mother is a dark fairy." I say. "Ok then." She says.

We walk into the boys room and see Mal already there. I go straight to Carlos. "What on earth are you doing?" I ask. "Playing this cool video game. Wanna try?" He asks handing me the controls to play. I take them from him. "What do I do?" I ask. "You stand up here, hold the controls in the middle, then move around to dodge and kill the enemies." He says. I press resume and start playing. "Wow your good." Carlos says. I dodge right quickly making my spell book fall.

I press pause and quickly pick it up. "What's that?" He asks. "Uh, a book I'm reading." I say. "You don't read." Mal pitches in. "Well I picked up the hobby." I say. "Jay, why don't you try this game?" I say handing him the controls. He shrugs taking the controls and walking to the game.

"Do you even remember why we're here?" Mal says sort of irritated.

"Get the wand, break the barrier, rule the world. Done." I say sitting at a small table. Everyone chuckles and nods except Mal. "This is our one chance to prove ourselves to our parents!" She says. We all look. "Whatever, do what you guys want tonight. I am gonna take a walk." I say leaving the room.

I walk all the way outside and sit on a bench. "Excuse me." I see Ben from earlier. "This is my bench." He says. "Oh sorry, I will go." I say about to walk away. "Wait. I was just kidding." He says with a smile. "Don't you joke back at home?" He asks. "Nothing funny." I say. "Well we can share the bench he says sitting next to me. "What are you doing out here alone, away from your friends?" He asks.

"Uh, want to look around I guess." I say. "Oh." He says.

I look at the statue of King Beast. His father. "Do you know where Peter Pan might be? Like where he stays  or whatever?" I ask. "Why are you gonna get revenge for your dad?" He asks laughing. "Hook is not my father." I say. "What do you mean? You-"

"Look that is all I wish to speak about it." I say almost tearing up. We stay quiet. "You know, you dont have to be like them." He says. "Who?" I ask. "Your friends. They seem like they need help to change but you...You dont need help. I can feel it." He says. "Ben!" I look to see Audrey call for him. "I gotta go. Hey, if you need anything or just need someone to talk to call my room." He gives me a paper with three numbers 242. I nod.

He walks away and walks with Audrey. I walk to the garden. Why do I feel this? It's..

Oh no! Its a crush. Maybe it can be a good thing. I mean he made me feel like something. I smile sitting in the roses.
