How I Tried To Stay Away

How I tried to stay away from you but you always come into view. I try to shield my eyes from you and block my mind from your thoughts.

No matter how hard I try but I don't spare myself from seeing you. My heart breaks into millions of pieces while love stands there and gives an evil smirk.

The barriers in my mind break and gives way to you bitter sweet thoughts, so torturous for my already broken heart, it takes my breath away.

Oh this love mocks my heart and soul and plays so well with my emotions that even tears wouldn't dare to roll.

My mind knows the best, It knows my heart desires will never be attained, but my heart knows no good as it still hopes the same.
