Before I start this I just want to say thanks to AngelPiexxxx for helping me stop myself doing something stupid and check out HowBoutNiam 's stories also sorry for not updating but I kind of had a breakdown so I just didn't feel like I could update. Enjoy :)

ZAYNS POV
Today's the day. It's finally Saturday and our date is tonight, I'm really nervous because I don't know what I'd do with myself if he said no. Niall got out of the hospital on Thursday so I have been really busy looking after Niall so it was really hard to make sure I could have the perfect date.
I wasn't picking Niall up until 7 tonight and it's 1 now so I have 6 hours until I need to get him. I went to the aquarium earlier and got everything set up; I rented the whole place so it would be just us.
I had time to relax before I needed to get ready for date so I just put the telly on and watched a random show which happened to be 'friends'. I finished watching it at 4:30 and went upstairs for a shower. Niall still lives with his mom and Greg but tonight I'm going to ask if he wants to move in with me after the proposal because otherwise it might be awkward.
Anyway I stripped and got in the shower, picked up my bottle of apple scented body wash and washed all over. I then washed my hair and got out wrapping a towel around my waist. Walking into my bedroom I got changed into some fancy but casual clothes.
I blow dried my hair and styled it into a quiff using some hair gel and hair spray. My phone said it was 6:30 so I decided to leave because it's 15 minutes to Niall's and 15 minutes from Niall's to the aquarium so perfect timing.
*At Niall's house*
I rang the doorbell and Maura answered.
"He's not quite ready yet" She told me I could sit down so I made my way into the living room and sat on her couch. "Niall, Zayn's here" I heard her shouting up to Niall.
"Okay I'm just putting my shoes on" I heard him shouting back.
A few minutes later I could hear his footsteps running down the stairs and I took this as my cue to greet him. I was literally blown away at how beautiful he looks.
"How do I look?" He asked me.
"You look absolutely outstanding" I said with a massive grin on my mouth. "Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah" He kissed his mom on the cheek and I held out my hand for him to take. I lead him to the passenger side of my car and opened the door for him. He kissed my cheek as a thank you and got in, after shutting the door I ran over to my side getting in.
"So where are we going babe?" I looked over to him and smirked.
"It's a surprise" He pulled his infamous puppy dog face trying to get me to tell. "Nope i'm not telling you" He turned to face the window pouting.
"Baby you'll find out when we get there, you'll love it I promise"
"But what if I don't like it"
"You will baby I promise and if not then I'll let you do anything you want to me"
"Anything?" He questioned with his eyebrow raised.
"Anything" I agreed with a curt head nod.
"Okay, but how long until we get there?" It had been about 10 minutes since we left his so only 5 minutes left.
"About 5 minutes or so" He nodded and looked out the window. When we got there I parked a street away so he didn't know what it was straight away. We both got out the car and I held my hand out for him to take, which he did and I walked him there.
"Zaynie why are we here its closed" I didn't reply just got the key out of my pocket and opened the door. The owners gave me the key and told me exactly where everything was if I ever needed it and if I wanted anything to just leave the money on the counter.
I led Niall to the picnic blanket I had set up in one of the see through tunnels so whilst we were eating we could see the different types of fish floating around us and sat down patting the place next to me so he knew to sit down. He was looking around in wonder but sat next to me still admiring everything. He looked over to me and written all over his face was love.
"You did all of this for me?" It came out as a whisper and I could see the tears forming in his crystal blue eyes.
"Who else would it be for you silly goose, you're the only one I love" A tear fell from his eye but before he could wipe it away I planted a kiss on his cheek getting rid of the tear drop. He grabbed my jaw and kissed me passionately and pulled back when we couldn't breathe. I rested my forehead on his and whispered 'I love you' before pecking his lips again. He whispered it back to me and pecked my lips and pulled back looking around again. I opened the basket and pulled out some plates and cutlery along with some food like sandwiches and crisps. Only light stuff so we would have room for dessert.
"Did you make this yourself?" I nodded proudly.
After we ate all that I took out the cliché chocolate covered strawberries and held one up to his lips nudging it against them for him to open up. He obliged and I moved the strawberry further in so he could take a bite. I heard him moan out of satisfaction and he eagerly opened his mouth for more. After doing this to each other for a while we ran out of strawberries.
I decided on taking Niall around the aquarium because I didn't feel like it was time to propose just yet. I took him to the turtle exhibition and he was in awe as we looked at the young and old turtles swimming around. We then made our way to the clown fish where I brought Niall a big stuffed fish because he said they reminded him of Nemo.
As we were walking round the different exhibitions I was thinking life was perfect I have my man who I hoped was going to say yes when I propose and ask him to move in with me and life will only get better because as long as Niall's by my side life can only get better.
I could feel my palms sweating and I was getting really nervous because I knew I was going to propose soon. I could tell Niall knew something was up but he didn't question it.
Deciding to finally do it I led him to where it was going to be. I told Niall to wait where he was so I could tell the scuba divers that I was ready to do it now and the got into position. I went back to Niall and told him to put a blindfold over his eyes, which he did and I led him into to place where they were set up. I double checked to make sure everything was right and then took the blindfold off. He looked forward and read the cards the scuba divers were holding. There were five divers holding up the words 'will you marry me?' on a separate cards even the question mark and behind them were fishes of all sorts swimming behind them.
"So what do you say?" I asked after waiting for a while in silence. He turned round with watery eyes.
"YES, YES, A MILLION TIMES YES!!!!!!!" He screamed jumping into my arms. He wrapped his arms round my neck and his legs round my waist whilst I spun him round, I stopped and placed my lips on his and he responded by kissing back. Whilst our lips were moving in sync I placed him back on the floor and wrapped my arms round his waist pulling him closer to me so our chests were pressed up against each other. His fingers were playing with the strands of hair on the back of my neck. I pulled away breathing heavily and rested my forehead on his for the second time tonight.
Remembering that I had the ring in my pocket I pulled the small box out and opened it showing Niall the ring. Lifting up his left hand I put the ring on the finger it's meant to go on. We kissed again but for not as long.
"Because you said yes how about you move in with me?"
"How could I say no to you" He said and we kissed passionately for the third time tonight and probably not the last either.

I'm so sorry for not updating but I've been having suicidal thoughts lately and just needed some time off. But on a more positive note they're engaged, yay!
