Chapter 4

Naruto's Pov

(wow okay no context of how we got to a waterfall. Lemme fix this.)

The morning after our first meeting we almost immediately put into a mission. We set out early in the morning and it would take us a while to reach our destination. As the hot summer day began to take its toll on us we decided to take a break by a nearby lake with a flowing waterfall.

I sniff my jumper and gag. "Ugh. I stink! Time for a bath!" I run to the lake surrounding the waterfall taking off my orange jumpsuit leaving me in my ahem...underwear almost tripping in the process. "Wow its so cool looking!" I look at the large waterfall and see a faint outline of a body behind it. I quietly peek around the curtain of rushing water to see Y/n...naked. "You Pervert!" Y/n screams and begins throwing various wash products at me. I scream and duct running away at break neck speed. "Y/n-chan! I'm sorry I didn't mean to!" I feel a warm red liquid coming out of my nose as I make my way to the other side of the lake. I stopped and took my breath. 'I really didn't mean to peek. Darn you curiosity!' I look over and see Sasuke making his way to the waterfall. 'I have to do something!'I think quickly running over and blocking him from going any further. "Sasuke stop don't go over there!" I yell waving my arms rapidly. "Hn. Why? What's with the nosebleed idiot." "Y/n-chan is bathing over there!" I exclaim. Sasuke turned his head towards the waterfall and looked slightly curious and amused. "Fine...can you go away now I would like to bathe in peace." Sasuke says now annoyed with my presence.

Your Pov

"Ugh! That pervert who does he think he is!" I grumble I finished bathing soon after. I put on my clothes and decided to gather some food from the area.

Time skip

(Still your pov)

We were hopping from tree to tree when a man came out of no where and tried to attack us. His skin was pale, and he had long black hair that reminded me of a snake. "Hm looks like I've found you Sasuke. Oh and who is this young woman? She can be useful as well considering her chakra is quite impressive." The man says amused. I glare at him as I throw ice spikes towards his head he dodges it easily. "Hm...interesting. Ice without using hand signs. Very interesting indeed." He says looking at the ice deeply embedded in the tree . 

"Guys spread out. Now." Kakashi-sensei orders. "What!? We can take this guy!" Naruto argues. "No Naruto. Do as I say this man is very dangerous. I don't know if you have heard of him but he is Orochimaru." My eyes widen. 'Orochimaru...' "Ah. Long time no see Kakashi. Now if you'll excuse me I have business to attend to with these two." He gave a fake closed eye smile. Before I could react I see his head stretch and bite Sasuke. He gives a scream of pain as I see a strange pattern appear. Sasuke falls on his knees. "Sasuke!" Sakura screams horrified. I see him turn to me his head stretching towards me. His fangs glimmering with Sasukes blood. I tried to dodge him but it was to late his fangs sunk into my skin. The pain was unbearable as his venom coursed through my skin. After that everything went into slow motion. "Y/n!" I heard someone scream a blurry figure reaching out for me. 'He sounds familiar.' I think before I felt my body begin to fall. But before I could respond everything went black.
