Sasukes P.O.V

"Sasuke...I"

'If she doesn't go. Then I'll force her.' I thought as I looked in her eyes. "I-I'll go. I'd hate to leave Naruto like this but I want to learn more and be a better ninja. Even if it means leaving the village." Y/n spoke softly hanging her head down slightly. For the first time in a long time I gave her a genuine smile. I just couldn't help myself I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her lifting her off the ground. "Thank you...Thank you so much Y/n. Come on lets get your stuff before dawn approches." I held out my hand and she nodded and took it. "Yes you're right let's hurry, and Sasuke..." "Yes Y/n." "Are we doing the right thing? I mean leaving everything and everyone behind like this...?" She asks sadly. "Y/n...it's not about what's right or what's wrong. It's about following your gut and your ambitions. You want revenge for what your sister did don't you?" I grab her chin and make her look me in the eyes. "Yes I do Sasuke...but is leaving everyone behind going to accomplish it?" She asks as tears prick e/c her eyes but they still held a fire behind them. "There's only one way to find out. I promise I'll be with you either way." I say reassuringly with a soft smile.

"Well..I hope your right..." I smile at him sadly.

Naruto P.O.V

It was early in the morning as I knocked eagerly on Y/ns door.  "Y/n-chan! You up yet?! You are late for the meeting with Kakashi-sensei ya know!" "Would you shut up kid! Some of us are trying to sleep!" I heard someone yell. "Oops!" I whisper. I check to see if the door is locked. To my surprise it wasn't. Which is quite strange. 'That's weird Y/n always locks her door.' "Y/n! C'mon and get up! You're late for-!" I stopped as I saw a note neatly folded on her bed next to a cup of unmade instant Ramen. The letter had my name written on the front. As I opened the letter my hands start shaking. The more I read the more heart broke. 

Dear Naruto, 

If you are reading this I want to apologize for leaving without saying goodbye. I have left the village with Sasuke to join Orochimaru. Please understand that I am doing this so I can become a stronger ninja and to achieve my goal. This isn't goodbye Naruto. I promise I will come back and I'll be bringing Sasuke with me. I hope that when we meet again you and I will be stronger than we are now. 

Don't give up Naruto and don't stop being who you are.

I dropped on my knees as tears welled up in my eyes. "Y/n...Sasuke. I will find you both and bring you back to the village so we can be a team again. Believe it!" I yell as the letter crumpled in my clenched fist.
