Baby Wesley is baby Hayes with brown eyes, lol.
::+++__/=$&);+)):/(:_:+_::""::(:(:)::/"0073&=+!Both Wes and I sit in the car as I drive to the pet store. The radio was up pretty loud before I hear a high voice screaming my name, well not my name, but calling me daddy.
I turn down the volume, looking in the mirror that hangs on the windshield, back at Wesley. "What is it, baby?"
"Where mommy at?" He asks.
Events from last night replay in my mind.
I had almost forgot about the argument Babe and I got into, I've just been so wrapped up with Wesley and Niall.
I sigh, debating on how to answer. I decide to tell him the truth. "I don't know, Cheeks."
Honestly I would like to know myself, I don't like the thought of her just being out and about possibly alone, but I know that me calling or texting her isn't great idea. But...
"You want to call her?" I ask.
"Yes." He answers.
She never said he couldn't call her.
I grab my phone, searching for her contact then pressing call. I hand him the phone, waiting intently for him to start speaking through the phone. I want to know where she is so desperately, and this is the only way I can find out.
The wait continues and its absolutely agonizing, it's almost hard to drive because I keep concentrating on waiting for Wesley's voice to start. Finally it did.
"Hi mommy." Wesley says, causing me to perk up, "It Wesley, I just wanted to see where you at. I love you, bye bye." He presses the screen, "She not pick up."
Immediately, I am drowning in disappointment, as I take the phone from him.
"Fuck." I mumble under my breath, "Where could she be?"
Babe's POV
I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing loudly because it was right next to my face, considering my tight space.
I slept in my car. It's really my fault, I could have rented a hotel room but on my way back to my hometown to visit my dad, I thought I could make it a night with out sleeping. As the night progressed, I realized that I needed sleep and not one hotel was in sight so I pulled into the next parking lot and was off to sleep.
I read the screen that says "Nash" with a heart emoji next to it.
"I'm not in the mood Nash." I sigh even though he can't hear me.
Maybe he didn't get the message last night, but I'm not going through the bullshit that I did with him years ago. If it's anything like when we were younger, he is calling to apologize and beg me to come home, and I would say no, end up crying and eventually end up in his arms by the end of the night. I'm not doing that anymore. I am going to take a break from him and make a decision on my own without the influence of him.
I need to do what is right for me, and what is right for Wes.
I sigh sleepily, grabbing my keys that I put under the passenger seat and unlock the door. I push myself out of the door, standing and stretching. The hot sun beats down on my skin, blares it's brightness in my face.
The parking lot that I'm in is packed unlike last night, this lot was a ghost town.
I sigh running my fingers through my tangley dry hair.
I need to brush my hair, or at least my teeth, I'm a mess.
My phone vibrates again signalling the I had a voicemail.
