Bought [Kaneki x Touka] [Touken]

Touka ran her fingers across her lips and bit down on her lower lip.

Knock Knock.

Kaneki heard shuffling sounds at the other end of the door and stopped after a few seconds. He waited there.

1,2,3.

Feeling relieved that there are no signs of Touka asking him to leave, he entered the room.

Touka was hidden under the blankets and Kaneki almost laughed, seeing how she looked like a ball. But now wasn't the time to do that.

He walked towards her bed and sat down beside her.

"Touka-chan? Can you let me see your face?"

No reply.

"Please."

No reply.

He sighed.

There's no way I can let me him see my face right now! I'm blushing like crazy!

Kaneki tugged on the blanket and Touka, in the midst of her thoughts, let her guard down and he managed to pull the blanket off of her.

Touka quickly turned so her back was facing him.

"Touka-chan are you angry? My mom just told me it was your first kiss. I'm sorry, but it was an accident. We can't do anything about it now."

I'm not angry, Kaneki. In fact, I'm really happy right now but I really can't let you see me now.

Kaneki placed his hand on her arm. "You can forget about it, you know? I'll forget about it too."

"I won't."

"Eh?" Kaneki couldn't hear properly as it was too soft.

Touka sat up and looked into his grey eyes. "I won't forget about it because it was with the person I like."

Kaneki stared at her for a solid minute before it registered in his mind.

"That's not possible. You liking me. I'm a really boring person who only knows how to work and-"

"You're not." Touka cupped his cheeks, making him look into her eyes. "You're the kindest, the most selfless and the most handsome person I know." She smiled while her cheeks gave out a pink tint.

Kaneki widened his eyes and stared at her. It's the first time someone is saying like that about him. He has never thought of himself that way.

"Ah sorry." Touka removed her hands from his cheeks but Kaneki grabbed her wrists and leaned in to kiss her.

What? What's happening? Why is he kissing me? Questions swirled her mind as he cupped her cheeks, making the kiss deeper.

"Hah..." Touka panted when he released his lips from hers.

"So you like me?"

Touka nodded.

"Do you want to go out with me?"

With determination in her eyes, she said yes.

"Even though I still have feelings for some other person?"

Touka's blue eyes faltered. "I... Still do want to be with you even if you like someone else..."

Kaneki smiled. Maybe she can change me... "Okay let's go out. Please take care of me from now on." He opened his hand.

Touka placed her hand on his. "Please take care of me too."

They were leaning towards each other for another kiss when a knock came on the door.

"Ken? Touka? You guys alright in there?"

Kaneki sighed. He released Touka and went to open the door.

"We're fine, Mom. Now if you'll excuse us, we have something to do." Kaneki attempted to close the door but got stopped from doing so.

"Is Touka-chan alright?" Mrs Kaneki tip-toed and tried to peek over his shoulder.

"I'm fine!" Touka replied.

"That's great." Mrs Kaneki sighed. "Then I won't feel so guilty about pushing her on purpose."

"What do you mean on purpose?" Kaneki raised his eyebrow.

Mrs Kaneki gulped.

"Okaa-San! You did not just plan for this to happen!" Kaneki raised his voice.

"I'm sorry!" Defending herself, Mrs Kaneki quickly shot back. "But you guys were taking too long!"

Kaneki sighed again. "It's fine. Touka-chan will you come over here?"

Touka went to stand beside Kaneki.

He wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him.

"She's my girlfriend now, just so you know."

Girlfriend. Hearing that word from his mouth made Touka really happy and her lips curved up to a smile.

"That's great news! Forget about cooking, we're ordering good food to eat! I'll go call and you guys can spend some time together!" Mrs Kaneki spoke excitedly before running off.

Kaneki closed the door behind him. "Sorry about my mom, she's really happy."

"It's fine. It's nice seeing her so happy." Touka smiled.

Kaneki cupped her cheeks before lowering his head for another kiss.

"I'll bring you out on a date this Saturday, okay?"

Touka replied yes quickly and kissed his cheek, making him blush slightly.
