I wake up and Danny's still passed out, arms out, mouth wide open. He's snoring a bit, but not too heavy.
"Danny." I coo. No movement. I kiss his forehead and he still doesn't budge. "Danny!" I say a little louder. After countless attempts at waking him up, I finally decide that if I can't wake him up, I'll just sabotage him. I pull a Sharpie out of the back pocket of his pants from yesterday. He always keeps a Sharpie with him incase he runs into a fan. I take the lid off and give him cat wiskers, a black nose and a thick mustache. That'll teach him. I take a picture of it and then proceed to get ready.
By the time I've taken a shower and put my clothes on, Danny gets up. He walks sleepily to his suitcase and pulls his clothes for today. I make him wear something that's Disney, so he pulls a black and white Mickey shirt to go with his black jeans and combat boots. Jeez, you'd think he'd learn after one day in the heat. He comes into the bathroom and I hold back a laugh. He does a double take in the mirror and then pushes me, making my eyeliner slip.
"What the hell Sabrina!" He exclaims.
"I'm sorry. You weren't waking up so I had to."
"If this doesn't come off, I'm going to kill you." I laugh and then proceed to fix my makeup that Danny ruined. He gets it off after scrubbing for 20 straight minutes and then we go for breakfast. "So, who's your favourite Disney Princess?"
"Ariel. All the way." I reply after taking a sip of my coffee. "What about you? Who did you think was prettiest?"
"Ariel." He replies and then sticks his tongue out.
"I think she's everyone's favourite. She's just so awesome. Now, if they had something like Black Widow gone Disney Princess, she'd be my favourite."
Danny laughs. "So like a staight out badass."
"Yeah, taking it a bit further than Merida. Or like a gladiator princess."
"That would be awesome. Are we ready to go?" He asks me, noticing that I've finished my coffee and my muffin.
"Yuppers." We go up to our room and grab the bags we packed last night. Then we catch the bus to Magic Kingdom and go through the gates. The Cinderella castle is the main focus when you get there and it's breathtaking. I've dreamt about this since I was four. I never thought I'd actually see it. "Where to first? I chose last time, you choose this time."
"Teacups." Dan says simply.
"Alrighty then, teacups it is." I smile and we walk towards the castle. I want to jump up and down and screech like a little girl. I can't believe it, I finally get to see the castle up close. We get closer and I stop to look at it. "When I was 8, my mom promised me she'd take me here. Then she got diagnosed with cancer and the doctor wouldn't let her. Before she could take me, she died."
"Awe, baby." Danny says and kisses my temple.
"It almost makes it better that I'm here with the love of my life." I smile and press my lips to his.
"Teacups." He says after he pulls away.
"Right." I smile and we walk to the tea cups. The line goes really fast and before we know it, it's our turn. We choose a cup and Danny can barely fit his legs in the cup.
"I think I'm too big for this." Dan groans. I laugh and close the door.
"You're too late now." The cups start to spin and Danny makes it go too fast. My stomach starts to churn but I can't help laughing. The ride stops and we get out.
"This brings back all of those times I've been really hammered." I laugh maybe a little too hard at that. Danny can't walk straight, which makes him even cuter.
"Say hammered again, that was really sexy."
"Hammered, hammered, hammered!!" Danny shouts and I push his shoulder.
"Okay, you don't have to scream it to the world." I laugh and he laughs too. "How about the carousel next?"
"One more thing that spins, I swear."
"Okay," I look around to find something to do. "It's A Small World is close. Do you feel like getting the shit scared out of you?"
"Yeah, let's do it." We make our way over to the ride and wait in line.
"Oh my god! You're Danny O'Donoghue!" The girl in front of us says when she turns around. She did a little double take, which almost made me laugh, but I'm respectful.
"Yeah. I guess so." Danny says with a smile.
"I'm a HUGE fan of The Script. I've seen you guys in concert three times. Can I get a picture with you?"
"I don't see why not." Danny shrugs and I grab the Sharpie out of his back pocket. "Oh, this is my girlfriend, Sabrina." He throws out there and I wave.
"Nice to meet you!"
"You too! Do you want me to take the picture?" I ask.
"Please." The girl smiles and passes me her iPhone. I take a picture of them and then hand Danny his Sharpie, insisting that he signs something for this girl. We keep going in the line and end up behind the same girl on the ride. "So where did you guys meet?" She turns around and asks us.
"We were on OneRepublic's Native tour together." I say with a smile.
"Oh, how sweet!! So are you guys in Disney for long?"
"No, this is our last day." We talk for the whole ride. About where she's from, what we're up to, the new Script album, everything. Afterwards, Danny and I go to take pictures with Ariel. She doesn't make it obvious that she knows it's Danny O'Donoghue, but she made some small gestures. She took a nice long look at him in the line and she was a bit starstruck when we first started talking to her. Or maybe it's just because she thought he was super cute...I find it hilarious that he's getting picked out of the crowd by these people. The reactions here are so different than the ones in Epcot. Epcot was mostly older couples. Here, you have the twenty something college student who's had a crush on Danny forever.
Wouldn't it be so awesome though if you went to Disney and met Danny? I'd die, oh my god. What would you say to him? I want to know!
