The photo I've added is of Ryan Tedder.

I wake up this morning and it kind of shocks me that Ryan isn't beside me. Suddenly I feel all of the pain. Why did we have to fall apart? I thought he was my forever and always, at one point. Danny's already up taking a shower. I walk lazily into the washroom.

"Hey!" He yells over the shower head. I walk over to the shower so he hears me better.

"Hey! When you get out, can we talk? I have something that's bothering me."

"Yeah, no problem."

"Thanks." I leave and go sit on his bed. I don't know why, but the pictures on his walls bother me. It's not like it's past girlfriends or anything, it's just pictures of his family. But since I don't have any family, any pictures, I guess it hurts to see him with his family. Danny comes out rapped in a towel and gets dressed. He joins me on the bed.

"What's up?"

"Do you love me?"

"Of course! Is this what was bothering you? 'Cause that's really stupid Sabrina."

"Sort of. I was thinking of Ryan and how bad he hurt me, I don't want that to happen to us." I state, getting one thing off of my chest.

"It won't, I promise."

"Okay...and...I'm scared to meet your family because...well it'll be weird since I don't have one for myself." That's what was really bothering me. "And how could they approve of someone like me? I mean, you're famous and I'm...just a dancer."

"Don't say that, you're way more than just a dancer." He tucks the hair behind my ear and cups my cheek with his hand. His eyes stare into mine, looking rather dazed. "You are so amazing. My family will love you, I know they will." I smile. Well, you know, that makes me feel so much better that my lover says that, he could say that to anyone. Sure, your family will think that a hip hop dancer from a shitty part of Toronto with no family is amazing. Why is this not convincing? Actually, it's not a shitty part of Toronto, being by the amphitheater is nice. Whatever, I'll have to see later today.

"I'm going to go take a shower." I get off the bed and turn the shower on.

"Wait! I don't have any food in my fridge. I have cereal, that's about it. For breakfast at least..." I laugh.

"Okay, we'll go grocery shopping sometime." Danny looks so pathetic. I can't help but love him. I take a quick shower, Danny's soap not being the slightest bit helpful. I smell...like a man. "Danny!" I run downstairs after getting dressed in the best I can from a suitcase. "I smell like a man now!"

"Oh, right..."

"Yup." I put my hands on my hips and give him an evil glare.

"I'm sorry. Do you have perfume or something."

I have to think hard about that one. Did I put my perfume in my suitcase? "Yeah, I do."

"There ya go." He smiles. I still stand there, giving him an evil glare. "You're adorable." He comes up to me, uncrosses my arms and tickles me to put a smile on my face. "See! Right there! I saw that smile!"

"Daniel, I smell like a man!" I squeal.

"You've repeated that so many times. I get it, you hate me." He kisses me.

"I don't hate you." I confirm.

"Do you think we could slip something in before we leave?" Danny tugs at my clothes.

"No." Danny checks his phone.

"Shit! My mom is expecting us in five minutes and we haven't even left! I'm pretty good with time." I follow Danny out of the house, he forgets to lock the door of course. He gets in the car.

"Danny! The door isn't locked!"

"Shit!" He scrambles for his keys.

"Why are you in such a fucking hurry? Your mom'll understand if you're a little late Dan!" He locks the door and we get back in the car.

"My mom, I have a lot to fucking prove to her. My mom has told me multiple times that she thinks that she doesn't matter to me! It hurts, I'm trying like hell to turn the tables!" We drive in almost silence, the hum of the radio being the only sound filling the car. We get there and Dan takes me in. "So sorry mom." He gives her a hug and hands her flowers.

"Oh who cares Danny!" She waves it off. I nudge Danny and he rolls his eyes.

"Mom, this is my girlfriend Sabrina. Sabrina, this is my mom."

"Oh! How lovely! I didn't know you had a girlfriend Dan."

"Well...it's kind of a funny story." Danny scratches the back of his head. "I'll explain over tea."

"Nice to meet you!"I give her a hug.

"Nice to meet you too Sabrina!" Danny's mom has the tea setup and like Danny, she has thousands of tea boxes. Ireland must be heaven if this is what everyone's like. I know that England (I've been to Manchester thousands of times) is over populated with tea. I prefer tea to coffee personally. A lot of people disagree with me. "So, tell me how you met." She presses. I shoot Danny a worried glance.

"Remember when you told me that you'll know when you found the one and that I need to fight for it? Well, I knew I found the one and I took desperate measures for it." He smiles, a twinkle in his eyes. Wow, Danny really is a jerk. Not that I'm saying what he said wasn't sweet, just that he avoided confronting his mom with that comment.

"That's great Danny! What do you do?" She asks me. Here we go.

"Well...I'm a choreographer for a dance studio, I'm also on broadway sometimes. I do hip hop, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, ballet and ballroom. I don't really like ballroom, but I thought it would be good if I knew it."

"Wow, one of my daughters is a dancer as well." I'm not so crazy after all.
