Chpt. 6- Nico Everdeen

It's been two weeks. Two long, painful weeks. Is he ever going to wake up?

I sigh and sit on the chair that's beside Will's bed. I put my ear buds in and I put my usic on shuffle. Camisado by Panic! At The Disco comes on and I quietly sing along.

"The I.V. and your hospital bed. This was no accident, this was a therapeutic chain of events."

Wait what?!?!?! Oh my gods no.

I quickly hit next and Time To Say Goodbye by Twenty One Pilots. I hit next, Bleeding Out by Imagine Dragons, *hits next* Suicide Season by Bring Me The Horizon, *punches next button* Dead by My Chemical Romance. I pull the ear buds out of my ears and I throw my phone across the room.

What the hell?! What kind of satanic shit was that?!

"Nico!"

"I didn't do anything I swear!" I say quickly.

"Calm down. I just want to know why you threw your phone again."  Hazel says calmly.

"It was being mean."  I say pouting.

"Oh, sweetie. What did it do? Did siri say you had no friends again?" She walks over and rubs my back. I shake my head no. "Then what was it doing?" I point to it and she walks over and picks it up. I take it from her and I go on my recently played list. She gasps and almost drops my phone. "Oh my gods!"

"What?" Someone says as a group of people walk into mine and Will's room. Hazel hands Percy my phone.

"Fucking savage." He laughs and screenshots it. Annabeth smacks him upside the head. He hands Jason my phone and when Jason reads the screen he punches Percy in the arm.

Ooo, I like this game.

"What game?"

Hurt Percy.

"Hey!" Percy yells. I scream at the top of my lungs and lunge across the bed to the floor to the other side.

"Nico. Calm down. Calm down sweetie it's okay." Hazel says running over to me.

"Percy's reading my mind!" I say starting to sob.

"Sh, sh sh sh. Percy's not reading your mind. You're still thinking out loud. You have been for the past two weeks." She wraps her arms around me and I sob into her shoulder.

Percy's mad now. He's going to kill Hazel, I have to protect her.

"I-I'm not going to kill Hazel. I'm not even mad." He walks around the bed to me and Hazel. I scream and I push Hazel onto the ground then I lay on top of her.

"No!" I scream. "Get away from her!"

"Nico, buddy, I'm not going to hurt Hazel."

"No! I'm not your buddy! Stop!"

"Stop what?" He crouches down beside us and I scream at the top of my lungs. He falls backwards and he quickly crawls away. Once he's with the rest of the seven he stands up and hides behind Jason. I jump up so I'm standing and I look around trying to find something I can throw at Percy. I find a syringe on the table beside Will's bed and I grab it with both hands, holding it out in front of me like a sword.

"Okay Katniss, put the syringe down." Leo says moving backwards. I point it at Percy and he hides behind Jason. Jason pushes percy away from him and Percy goes pale.

But not as pale as my poor little king.

"N-N-Nico, p-p-put that d-down." Percy stutters.

"P-P-Put that d-down." I mock, laughing. "Shut up!"

"Nic-co. P-please just c-calm down." Hazel says quietly. I turn around and Hazel backs up against the wall. I take a step towards her and she flinches. I turn back around so I'm facing Percy.

I'm insane, I can feel it in my bones. Coursing through my veins, when did I become so cold? Shut up! If home is where the- I said shut up!

"Go!" I scream. "Just leave me alone already!"

"N-No, y-you should-dn't be al-lone when our like th-this." Percy says.

"Go!" I scream and I throw the syringe at him. It impales him right in the arm. He groans and pulls it out. Blood runs down his arm and it drips onto he floor. Then he runs out. Minutes later Austin and Kayla appear at he door along with some Ares kids. The Ares kids run over to me and they pick me up by my arms and legs. I scream and thrash but they don't put me down. They carry me over to my bed and lay me down. Three of them hold me down and the other one handcuffs my wrists and ankles to the bed. I stop resisting and I start crying softly. I feel a cold, wet cloth on my neck then a pinching feeling. A cold liquid runs through my neck and I black out.
