So I was sitting home alone and thought... Hey! Why not write another story! But I was too lazy to write from the beginning. So like I usually do, I wrote a couple scenes I imagined. It's a Divergent: Vampires book since there's not that many of those.

Here's an excerpt from a chapter.

Here's what you need to know.

Tris is the new girl that is a hot outsider. She's hot and guys would "tap that." But she also freaks people out. She goes by Six.

She's a vampire and so is the group.

Vampires have soul mates. The women have the diamond necklaces from when they're born in a certain color. And the men have a ring. Ex: Marlene's is a silver chain with an orange diamond. Uriah has a silver ring with an orange diamond in the middle. Your diamonds connect on the day of the blue moon, that's when you know youre soul mates.

This is right after Tris and Four are dancing at the masquerade ball. They danced wonderfully and were the center of attention. It was the dance from Another Cinderella Story.

Tris and all other vampires shift at midnight. So she was rushing out. But four asked wait! What's your name? Since he didn't know who she was behind the mask. She dyed her hair.

HERES THE EXCERPT!!!!

"You were amazing!" He whispers, in a husky voice.

"No I wasn't, I fell." I say in a sad voice. I disappoint myself when I fail, especially in scenarios like this.

He suddenly peels off his mask to reveal his face.

"Four?" I ask, in disbelief. I see his eyes are back to the ocean blue ones I love.

Just then the old clock on the wall sounds.

Oh no.

Midnight.

I start to squirm in Fours grip, finally breaking free. Just when I get ready to run, he grabs my wrist.

"Wait! At least tell me your name." He has a sense of urgency in his voice too.

"Tris. My name is Tris." I then break out of his grip and run out, Four following me out the door.

Four POV

"Tris. My name is Tris." She then runs out of the building. I chase after her to see why she's so urgent. As she's running down the steps, I see something fly off of her.

A necklace.

I run up and grab it. To say I'm shocked is an understatement.

It's my soulmate match necklace.

I take my ring off my finger and place it next to the necklace on the steps. They immediately glow a bright blue and connect together.

The girl I was just dancing with is my soulmate, and I might have just lost her.
