I sunk into the couch, sighing after having eaten breakfast.

I hadn't seen Mark in a while.. suppose I should visit, hm?

I paused for a moment, relaxing further, before sighing, getting up after a few minutes to press the numbers on the phone.

After a few rings, Mark's familiar voice rang through.

"Hello?"

"Hey Mark. You busy?"

"Not particularly.. why?"

"Was wondering if we could meet up sometime. Cesar's busy, though, so he can't come, anyway."

"Mkay, sure.. though I have someone over right now.."

"They can come if you'd like?" The words had just slipped out before I could pause, and I quickly chuckled rather awkwardly.

"Well.. alright then. See you, Y/N."

"I was thinking the same park we used to pass by?"

"Sure."

A beep came not long after both of you exchanged goodbyes, and Jonah peeked around the corner.

Ah.. you.. forgot to mention Jonah.. oh well, surely Mark wouldn't mind? He was bringing someone along as well, after all.

As I left the house, I grabbed my keys from the hanger, slipping on a jacket as Jonah followed. I started up my car, driving out not long after.
Once on the road, my windshields swiping away the rain, I eyed Jonah every now and then, as he was oddly quiet.

Soon enough, we were there. I took my hands off the wheel, shutting off the car before unbuckling, slipping out with Jonah and locking the car. I stepped away from the parking lot, eventually finding a neat clean bench to sit on that hadn't been wettened by the light rain from today.

I leaned back, relaxing as Jonah picked up a leaf, crouching nearby and inspecting the bugs and little creatures, even spotting a bird that he curiously watched before getting bored enough and looking back at small bugs crawling around.

Eventually, Mark rounded over, meeting me on the bench with a small wave and a polite smile.
I smiled back as we exchanged greetings, a blonde male wearing a black hoodie similar to Jonah's trailing behind the brunette.

"This is Adam, by the way." Mark thumbed at Adam over his shoulder.
"Nice to meet you Adam. That's Jonah." I pointed at the male that had partially dyed hair, poking at likely an insect with a stick.

The blonde's expression seemed to turn to shock as he noticed Jonah.

Did they know each other? I raised a brow at Mark as we exchanged a look before glancing back at the duo.

"Jonah??" The dirty blonde, Adam stared, asking in what seemed to be a monotone voice, tinted with a hint of confusion and slight surprise.

Jonah perked up, dropping his stick and quickly standing. "Adam?!" His jaw dropped before he sped over, squeezing Adam into a tight hug.

"..Awe, that's cute. They're reunited, huh?" I smiled warmly.
Mark nodded with a hum, smiling back. "Sure seems like it."
